  1. So the title says it, as a second year UC student, last football season I started a lil tradition where when I go to UC road games I either trade some Cincy craft beer or shot glasses with fans of the home team, if anyone would be interested lmk I have shot glasses that say "UC Bearcats" and "Down the drive" as well as "Feeling good, it's skyline time" some with the "UC Cpaw logo"and lastly even two shot glasses that say "Welcome home to the River! FCC!" Now as far as beer goes, I've got these local crafts to offer ... 1. Rhinegeists Truth IPA (7.2% ABV) 2. Moerleins Over-The-Rine Ale (6% ABV) 3. Rivertown's Roebling porter (7.8% ABV) 4. Madtrees Citra High (10.3% ABV) Thanks, and I'll stay in touch on the message board closer to gameday! Stay safe fellow midwesterners!
  2. I might, but last season Cincy had a game at Ohio State and they gave our student section away tickets and they said it would be great tickets and then our student section was way in the nosebleeds yet our alumni and boosters were way down by the field so I was annoyed with our AD and most of the students were It's fine if it isn't behind the Cincy bench I guess, if I'm in the student section I can make some friends
  3. That sounds perfect I much prefer standing the whole game than sitting tbh, I go to a lot of FC Cincinnati(MLS) games, all the Bearcats Basketball, Soccer, and Football games in the student section and the Cyclones Hockey games and it's standing the whole time :)
  4. I reached out on reddit as well and a Nebraska student DMd me saying he could get me a ticket in the Nebraska student section and I'd just have to bring a 12 pack of Busch to the tailgate, is that a good deal? Keep in mind, I'll be wearing Cincy red and would prefer not dying ...
  5. I'm looking at tickets on stubhub and ticketmaster for the Cincinnati game at Nebraska in September and tickets by the Cincinnati sideline are like 150$ to like 800$ is that accurate? If so, I might not even be able to make the trip because of ticket price. ;(
  6. That's awesome, my parents actually met in Russia and then fled to America during the fall of the Soviet Union
  7. Ahh so like Gold Star chili lol Yeah 50% Polish 25% German 25% Russian, some of the best cuisine is from these 3 countries for sure
  8. Also I should explain my Username, in Cincy at UC we have rally possums and you DM them to our barstool to be featured on the barstool on Gameday, it’s like good luck to spot em and it’s a fun game to spot possums around on Gameday, or the night before https://www.instagram.com/p/B4qIhE-hSLA/?igshid=10qou7o0zj7z https://www.instagram.com/p/B3PdsXph8kB/?igshid=nkrz05jj12gw https://www.instagram.com/p/B29ZWXKhfY5/?igshid=xib552jrhxbw https://www.instagram.com/p/B117iuJhGuy/?igshid=9kijdcwfq58s
  9. That looks so good Why, sorry did I say something wrong
  10. That sounds amazing! The big thing I wanna try is I heard yous guys put like ground up meat and cheese and stuff in bread pocket things
  11. Oh an Aussie, cool! Never met one of those, Cincy is mostly a Germanic town, I mean my mom is Polish and German and my dad is Russian and Polish
  12. Hey, so ummm I'm a Sophomore at Univeristy of Cincinnati and I'm flying into Lincoln for three nights for the UC at UNL game and I haven't done too many away games, but I assume their won't be student tickets for us, so .... how expensive do yous guys expect tickets behind the UC sideline to be? I don't want to spend more than 125$ a ticket. Also, if there is a couple two three things I should try or see while I'm there in Lincoln, what are they?
