Apparently neither Cook nor Frost were at the presser today. Previously scheduled vacations is what I'm hearing - which makes sense, with both Volleyball and the other sport's seasons coming up.

But it does make me curious about the timing of all of this. Between Moos abruptly being let go to Alberts abruptly being hired and put into a presser.

Not implying anything. It's just interesting.

only Green knows for sure. hope this experiment works.

  2. depends on the new AD, he may. want. to clean house from day one.

i don't think Moos was techy enough or progressive enough to satisfy Green.

i think Frost brining his whole staff hurt him in the eyes of Green, maybe Moos too.

oh to be a mouse in the corner.

I envision that there will be a time, when a player has his signing day (to sign his scholarship papers like they always have had) and at the same time, he will be signing NIL deals.  So, the headlines will be, "5* QB Jacob Dinglehopper just signed with Georgia for a combined $250,000 per year in NIL deals."

He will then immediately release a professionally produced video (from the athletic department) of him promoting the companies that make up the $250,000.

all that big money should reduce portal activity, every year!

just have to remember, do not exceed $400 to avoid additional taxes.  all these kids will now need a good accountant!

Theoretically a player could be yes, but they all aren't created equally and we're not talking about potential here but where they stand today.  Tyreke shouldn't when he 1. Got here 3 weeks ago and 2. Never even sniffed the field for more than a handful of snaps in 3 years at his prior school. If that particular player is a top 30 player on this roster, at this very moment, then we will struggle to win 6 games in 2021.

Could he turn into a starter? Of course but I was taking the list as a snapshot of right now.

Should be higher. He has the size, attitude and lateral quickness we need. If he can improve his conditioning- could have a pretty big impact in the running back room.

    good get

Frost is averaging 4 wins per season. I don't think there is any room to take a massive step backwards. I don't see how we could go much further backwards.

yup, excuses no longer acceptable, just verbal garbage, repeated too often.

  7. real sell outs and full stadiums are in jeopardy this season.

too many losses will send fans packing, other things to do on Saturday afternoons, golf, kids soccer, etc.

this is Frost's make it or break it season, fans are getting anxious, as we know.
