If "ifs and buts were candy and nuts".....
if the dog wouldn't have stop to take a s#!t, he would have caught the rabbit!
seriously, Frost was in a league with some poor HC's, so he just happened to shine.
he had the most speed in his conference and it carried him through.
In the 10 you need speed and size.

a track meet with OU is senseless. the line needs to play big and RB's need to improve.
a few passes, RPO is our best bet.
we need to score in the 3rd quarter, a must to win.

Special teams have been consistent!
yup, especially horrible. cant even field a punt. brilliant coaching, let it go over your head!
Dawson sucks.

Dawson didn't fix s#!t!
Culp should be benched for the season
Cam Taylor Brit is more interested in making picks and the highlight reel.
He needs to focus on coverage and good solid play, he sucked today.

if Buffalo breaks on top by 10 or more, we are done.
Adrian will start forcing the ball.

Definitely have to play catch up now but you just never know. That Michigan State game is a really winnable road game. Michigan will be tough but it’s a home game.
If we have a chance to fight for win #6 at home, against Iowa then I like our chances even though they’re going to be tough. Should be a lot of emotion in that game. Of course, we could struggle with Buffalo, get stomped by OU, and then have a rough stretch of losses where a 4 win season is the ceiling but I’m still willing to be optimistic.
Iowa will be really tough.

The no-look option pitches to Toure were phenomenal.

Pj knows how to win, frost not so much. I do think he realizes that he hasn't lived up to his mouth and has been embarrassed and humbled, and has no clue how to fix it.
i want to hear how he is going to fix this team.
if there are never any consequences for bad play, how do things improve?
some asses need to ride the pine!

Dawson might as well be taking orders for ice cream, worthless.

What stings for me isn't the loss, it's how it happened. If you take the safety away and the scoop and score along with giving us the easy TD pass in the endszone, those three plays make this a fairly easy win.
That's frustrating. Those three plays happened because of bad things WE did. Not anything that the other team did.it's been this way for the past 3-4 years under Frost. just frustrating and pitiful. Frost needs some new coaches, that's the only way things will improve.
players play like they have been coached, it's true, just look at our play.

Offense still need some hint of swagger, nasty, accountability. I see very little of it from our guys.
all depends on how Fordham lines up

I think it’s kind of comical how some people get so bent out of shape because of no depth chart being released. Since day one this staff has thrown out whoever they’ve felt like with little regard for any official chart. There have been all sorts of situations of this player isn’t doing it right, or doesn’t grasp the playbook and numerous other random criteria. I don’t see where a depth chart means diddly squat to us fans. However, if the team or coaches or players are not aware what the pecking order is, then that would be a problem. I assume they know but I’m also beginning to doubt even that much. At this point, we really have no idea if they have any clue what they are doing or not. Not sure how releasing a listing to the public changes anything.
just another part of being clueless
-
if he struggles against Fordham, we need to make the change sooner, rather than later.
if a new guy (QB) could just eliminate the turnovers, it would be a vast improvement.
we need to play guys who do not make unforced errors.
-
i want to hear capitulation in Frost's words. he should be owning up to the horrendous coaching he is responsible for.
just force feeding us more of a poorly coached Martinez will just turn more fans off.
4 wins would be real good for this dumpster fire.

Obviously the offense has struggled under Frost. At some point shouldn't Frost just say screw and go no huddle, fast tempo for a series or two just to switch it up? Something obviously needs to change and changing the tempo would possibly cause a lot of confusion for the defense because we rarely ever go full speed. Just a thought.
we would only confuse ourselves if we went no huddle.

don't drop back a punt returner, fixed this problem.

special teams play was horrible. give me a new HC who wouldn't teach these kids how to beat themselves.
culture is a joke here.
-
his mechanics were horrible. he missed at least 2 TD passes. he has not improved, same stupid mistakes and poor reads.
Verduzco doesn't seem like he can coach this kid or anyone else.
Scott is married to him, not sure why?

I've been hearing the same regurgitated crap for the past 15+ years. I have no problem standing by a new coach, but by Year 4 some progress should be shown. It hasn't happened. There are weak links that need to be replaced. Surely Alberts will force Frost's hand and have him make some changes. The biggest one of all, in my opinion, is who the QB coach will be. If we just hire some other retread or one of Frost's buddies, nothing is gonna change. Gotta get a guy with an NFL pedigree with a history of putting guys in the league.
exactly, spot on. Verduzco needs to go!!
Who do we hire?
