  1. Had nothing to do with it. These ladies put in an outstanding performance and were professional, fierce competitors.
  2. For sure! Was nowhere near expected to go this far. They'll be strong.
  3. What a match! Those ladies are fighters. Losing the second hurt and that deficit in the last was just too much to overcome...Impressive underdog performance!
  4. Max Johnson to A&M https://www.on3.com/college/texas-am-aggies/news/former-lsu-tigers-quarterback-announces-transfer-texas-am-max-johnson-jake-zach-calzada/
  5. What Jurgens accomplished is pretty incredible in my opinion. Yeah, those snap issues were pretty bad. Look where he started and how he progressed. He developed into a formidable asset to the team at center. Would he have benefited from remaining who's to say. We would've I'm sure of.
  6. I'm wondering if as an assistant if he might've been the one actually directing the drills. I've seen where his credentials have been critiqued. He's likely been very, very involved where his understanding is quite extensive. I'm not interested in whether the guy's excellent at B.S. in front of a camera only that he does what's necessary delivering results.
  7. His pipe is lit and there’s smoke everywhere
  8. Joseph is going to challenge his guys to be and do better. I think he’ll go right up to the line doing what’s necessary to light a fire in their pants without going beyond it. It might not always be pleasant though it’s going to pay dividends for his players and the unit as a whole.
  9. That’s possible. Failure might not be accurate but possibly a legitimate observation no less. There’s just a lot of elements to making it function well. With respect to the physical aspect of it what might be needing attention? Lateral strength and flexibility? I’m not a trained person to identify it. Some of this is a mindset I’m not sure that’s been there. It’ll be interesting to see what Riaola’s concepts bring to the table. He sounds resolute in cleaning up mistakes and playing disciplined.
  10. I think predominantly it can be attributed to the line’s play. It was somewhat unusual how it played out with the running backs. Quite a bit of inconsistency. And not unlike our offense in general it didn’t have an identity. It took a long time to settle on one in Johnson. Even then there was quite a bit of fluctuation. Of coarse there was Irvin’s injury. Stepp really never materialized like I thought he might. Maybe the running backs as a unit could’ve been managed better. From the outside it seemed to me the energy might have been lacking. I’m with you, the running backs can’t be neglected. The special teams play was evident. It doesn’t take away from the importance of the running back room.
  11. That’s the thing. Scott has his strengths. He’s creative. And I know he has great determination. He’s also had his vulnerabilities. We could discuss at length where he’s errored or where we’re not in agreement with decisions, his play calling, etcetera. He might be tardy in making these adjustments. There’s things he’s learning. The important thing is that changes are being made. He’s learning. The fan base has patience I think. We can talk about a variety of scenarios in relation to win loss ratios next season. But, there has to be a real sense that we are moving in the right direction and improvement has occurred. I think these are encouraging developments while he’s got a ways to go yet. It’s challenging on a number of fronts from the recruitment of players and developing them to his team’s performance and ultimately winning games.
  12. Lol I promised myself to tame it down on the KoolAid. Spiked with bourbon or not. Seems Mark Whipple's connections and relationships are going to be advantageous with him. That and his vast amount of experience what appears will be a good fit for Frost. The guy's humble and he'll connect well one on one with his players. I also think we'll see a good amount of creativity from him with respect to incorporating different elements into his offense. He knows that you bake with the flour you have and will do what is necessary to win games. I'm encouraged.
  13. Quarterback now please and thank you.
  14. I think that's right. He doesn't have the ability to stretch the field enough in the offense as others might though. But I can see where he'd do well in situations.
  15. I'm leaning toward Decision making under pressure, Passing accuracy. Those two a good place to start anyway.
  16. Big-bodied, long armed dude with lots of athleticism.
  17. I'd have to include Chris Petersen. Point is, great ones aren't that common.
