Mickey Joseph has never been an OC before. Makes no sense to give him the job. Would be a great get as a WR coach.

I don't think Chins is some elite DC. He's done a solid job, as well as the rest of the defensive staff, but he just looks good in comparison to the job Frost has done.

I think Austin, Held, and Verduzco have to go. I would be fine with Lubick moving on as well. Get the best OL coach humanly possible and a great recruiter at the RB position to get difference makers at RB.

Defense is doing enough to win games. Not having #8 hurts, I think he's the best player back there. Not having a pass rusher has hurt this team for years.

Barring a strong finish, 2+ wins, Scott is a goner

I don't see how Frost can be retained at 3-9 (1-8) on a six game losing streak. He's going to have to beat somebody to give himself a chance to be retained.

Frank Beamer got off to a slow start at VT. Had 4 losing seasons in his first 6. He did have two winning seasons in his first four. Bill Snyder had 3 losing seasons out of his first 4 during his building at KSU. Of course KSU was 3-40-1 in the 4 years prior to Snyder showing up. Nebraska was 28-23 in the 4 years prior to Frost showing up. Hardly any coach gets to keep their job if they start out as bad as Frost has.

Frost is 6-15 against the Big Ten West. 10-25 vs P5 competition. It's been a disaster since day 1. He has upgraded the roster, enough to lose close to the better teams, but the same problems occur year after year. I don't see much progress outside of a deeper roster.
