I like Taylor more than the next guy but retiring a jersey is a big deal and unless we win the big 12 and possibly the bcs then I am thinking not so fast. Keller is going to be great for us. Lucky will be great. Glenn will be great. Mo Pu is great. Austin is a warrior. Bowman is the man. Suh will be awesome. Slauson kicks a$$. Holt is going to kick some butt. Barry Turner is the sackmaster. ETC... Point is; you can't go retiring every great player's number or jersey. We have a lot of great players and to not acknowledge some of these other guys would be a mistake. My vote is to retire the Heisman's and those very close to it. Retire the 2000 yard rushers but don't retire every great player because we have/should have a lot.

I'm tired of hearing about how difficult it is to learn. That is a cop out. Freeman didn't want to come here because he would have redshirted and then been behind Beck for two years. He would have had two years to play. At KState he was promised (unofficially) the job and had the opportunity to be a 4 year starter. Next year Sam Keller will be starting. There is not one single freshman in the country who would be able to beat him out. The year after is up in the air however, Hildebrand will have 2 years in the system, Ganz 4, Witt 1, do you think there is a freshman who can beat that out? Unlikely. WCO isn't too complicated jesus christ give it a rest.

Yes, have you watched Glenn run? Glenn can bust one loose if he would ever get a block. I am not saying Collins is slow but I am saying Collins is slower than Glenn. If you put Glenn on a field with a bunch of high schoolers he would have some sweet highlights as well. Take a look at Glenns highlight films.

Has anyone else noticed that these four backs play every single down? They have to get tired. Furthermore CG is asked to return punts too. Bo Ruud makes one run (int vs Mo) and he is gassed and needs oxygen. These guys are asked to play every down. Is that why our second half sucks usually? While we're on the secondaries... Can someone please tell these guys to NEVER EVER attempt to strip the ball. Just make the @#$%#$% $#@%#$ tackle. Shanle gave up that huge run to Goodsen because he was trying for a strip. There was another time in this game where we gave up an extra 10 to 15 yards because of an attempted strip instead of just wrapping up. Let me yell this from the roof top WRAP UP. FORGET THE STRIP. MAKE THE TACKLE. Now if everyone repeats that from their roof tops maybe Shanle and others will hear and will stop trying to strip the ball. How often does a strip work anyway?
