I don't usually watch these awards shows because I almost never feel I have a dog in the fight...But...I did find myself wondering what it means when some of the politicians applaud every time the POTUS takes a 10-second break and others sit on their hands and make mean faces. Is this just to show approval/disapproval? Some of the things Trump said were pretty much what I would expect everyone would like..Like better education, healthcare, etc...I kept wondering if Kaitlyn...er..Nancy is against these.

Sometimes, it's fun to b!^@h about the small stuff to help deal with the big stuff? All us ''kids'' have been exposed to inappropriate or ''immoral'' stage antics since Elvis...or maybe even Mozart, But I'm glad I exposed my Son to better music so he can focus on the humorous side of the absurd. And I've never liked our away pants in Football.

despite Okay, I realize they're playing against lessor competition. But does that mean ALL of the eight-man players are lessor? 24.7 percent! That percentage surprised me too... I grew up in the ''Big City'' (Pop.5640) 7 miles East of Lance Thorell's Loomis, But I have never seen an 8-man game..I think his uncles were playing around the same time I was, in class D (I thought 11-man)...and may have had a cousin playing for us at the time. They were all known for their speed and competed in State Track meets..

Anything? My experience seems to be a little different than that usually. I was even smaller than these two as a teenager and LOVED to hit...But I still hurt sometimes from when Jay Novacek ran over me as an oversized QB at Gothenburg on his way to becoming an NFL TE. I think he was even 6'4 235 at the time. Edit: Carriker mentioned Marvin Scott tonight...Played varsity as an 8th grader, Dead lifts Clean/Jerks 295, Benches 405# Maybe that tweet video didn't do him justice...

Actually I watched a highlight video of Wan'Dale moments before I posted..He managed to avoid most direct hits, but still seemed to be slightly injury prone towards season end. I seem to have forgotten the password to the Random Hotness thread, though.

I thought the kickers were hanging out too much in the QB room...Hard to tell with the info we release... Weren't the top 3 injured or playing hindered in 2 or 3 common games last season?

Barry Sanders was 5'8 200# I'm not saying he can't be our next Anthony (Slick) Steels and sing the National Anthem for one of our games, I just found it funny that a couple of posters mentioned something about his being a grown man or that they'd fear hitting him. I feared for Wan'Dale's health when he ran between the Tackles, but understood we were trying to get emergency help for the RB position.. Marvin Scott is probably going to be a great ''get''..But at that size, I'm surprised he's not considered more of a WB/SE like Wan'Dale.

Did 2AM get some sort of surgery after the season ended? I know the health of our players seems to be protected, but has anyone connected to the team let anything slip? I still feel that Adrian has the highest ceiling as far as passing goes..And leadership/composure.. He seems to be able to make passes in very tight windows, even off the wrong foot.. however, He makes me nervous when he gets more time to throw..(Resulting in poor throws/Interceptions)...But not extra checkdowns, it appeared. Vedral seems to be our best run option just based on his decisiveness..Probably the most consistent thrower/runner combination. McCaffery, didn't seem to get enough snaps to show much, which will probably make him a fan favourite, especially if AM struggles. The few passes I remember seeing, were a tad wobbly, but they seemed to get there and evaded most of the duck hunters in the stadium. I don't get the Smothers hype...His highlight vids look like someone soaked the football in water before gametime..Throwing with that high of an ark, makes me wonder about arm strength..And also wonder why he isn't picked off more often. If these guys all get hurt around midseason, who do we have? Bunch?

Close to what I saw...and currently to each other (Same position?). Back in my day...used to be the size of guys, where you'd wrap your arms around both and then throw out the one without the ball... Actually, my biggest fear in tackling either one of them, would be twisting an ankle while they run circles around me.

He's smaller than Wan'Dale (5'9'' 195#) vs. (5'10'' 190#) About the same size as my first Siberian Husky..Give or take 3' and 100 lbs.

I wouldn't be too surprised if the Hybrid Tight End/Fullback does make a comeback within the next 5 years. As many situations that teams need to get a yard or two..Or grind out the clock. Unless of course, they start calling targeting on the Offense.
