I agree that hyper replays are ruining the game experience. There are a few faults with it imo.
1- They are wasting too much time in the process. There should be a much more limited window for them to review.
2- Some of the stuff they are reviewing is ridiculous. This is basically #1 complaint again but some of these pinky touches etc. need to be skipped.
3- People/Fans/Viewers need to once again accept that human error and referee imperfection is an integral part of the game.
I think a lot of this perception is driven by how the TV broadcast crew handles it. It probably wouldn’t seem near as bad if they just wouldn’t show 6 different angles at varying slo mo speeds down to frame by frame, talking constantly and bringing in “experts” etc. Just say it’s under review, go to commercial, and let us know the result when play resumes. I don’t need Dean Blandino or whoever in the F is back in New York to provide his hot take. Of course I was happy without a playoff in CFB too.....

@The Dude I think having replay is a good thing, but in every sport there should be a limit and the coaches decide. 3 per half or whatever.
