    35 years ago today the video version of Thriller with Michael Jackson premiered. 

    What an amazing talent he was and that was one great video. Vincent Price ‘rapping’ was an excellent touch.

      Yeah, I thought it looked like a collarbone or a shoulder. Hopefully nothing serious.

      Didn't see it as we were driving and listening in but since he sustained the injury delivering a big hit, that's the typical mechanism of injury for a collarbone injury. Could also be an SC or AC joint injury (where the clavicle connects to your sternum and acromion, respectively).

       

      Could also be a dislocation but those are far less common especially when delivering a hit. Was he holding his shoulder or grabbing near his collarbone?

    Before the CWS started today I was listening to 1620 the Zone and they were discussing who they thought would win-Oregon St.  I thought to myself, "I bet both Oregon St. And Florida will be upset during this series.  I'm watching the Oregon St vs North Carolina and OSU' pitcher is tanking and they just took him out. NC leads 3-1.  I predict Arkansas takes the series.  That would be so cool their coach, Van Horn, being a former Husker coach.  

    Who are you predicting will win the CWS?

      1) I would like to know what the criteria was if it wasn't "Oh, that's cool"

      2) The pictures should enhance the description - "The view from the stadium shows -- " and it is a night picture or "The outside facade of brick --" and you get a crowd shot.  I think that they liked the renovation retained the original facade, but they did not show this

    BUMMER! Play Station Vue is shutting down their services as of January 30th 2020. Sling is an option but what else is out there especially for B1G sports?:angry:

      Hulu Live and YouTube TV would be the two main ones if you want Husker coverage. Fubo is an option, too. Sling doesn't have BTN.

      Hope, freedom and hard work are hard to beat if you have all three.  Our coaches are feeling the freedom that ADBM is bringing.  Players feel hope because coaches and fans are excited.  The best athletes want to work hard and be the best they can be.

      We'll have a chance to beat Penn State again...and hopefully Ohio State in the B1G tourney.

      Penn State shooting 78% from 3pt certainly helped. I liked what I saw from the Buckeyes even though they lost. They battled back and it took a last second shot for Penn State to win. Considering how the off-season went, they are still playing with house money at this point in the season.

      Actually, the holding that is keeping our boys from tackling the quarterback WOULD make a difference :(

      True but there were a couple of times albeit only a couple, where we could’ve sacked the quarterback but couldn’t because they held our guys. 

      Our boys are just not ready for Prime Time yet.
