      What you get back doesn't really mean anything though. You have to look at what you are actually paying for taxes.

      Thank you @ZRod. I don't file till the last minute cuz I usually have to send in more money. And if I am due a refund, it just gets applied to next year's estimated taxes.

      The problem is that most people use tax refunds as a savings account (some as their only savings). When the refund is unexpectedly less, it hurts.

      Ya I think my dad got free tickets so that’s why I’m going cause nobody else would go with him lol. Gonna drive 2 1/2 miles south hopefully to see a win. I don’t get too bent out of shape when the B-ball team loses but would like to see them get the monkey off of their back by winning a tourney game.

As a father of a 16 month old daughter, if anything like this happened to my daughter and I deemed the video to be a rape or sexual assault, I would make damn sure that charges were pressed. I feel as though with Mo sending her that video reminded her that she was a hoe for sleeping with two dudes while it was being videotaped, the whole school got a copy, know damn well her parents have seen it and now when someone see’s her, they’ll know her for that skank who slept with two dudes who videotaped it.

      I didn't have an issue with Belichick for the taping "scandal."  Bill Cowher stated back in 2014 that pretty much everyone does it, the only difference is the Belichick got caught.  As for the PEDs, you don't get as jacked as these guys can get without them.

      I get so tired of the "Patriots are cheaters" BS. That organization is just that much better than everyone else. One pro-bowler on that defense and they absolutely shutdown one of the best offenses in the league.

    Sam Keller.....never heard of her I remember one of the years they had Judd Davies as a black player lol. The only similarities from the players from real life to their counter parts on the game was their numbers and that’s it. Height, weight, birth place, etc we’re all wrong

      If you have the space, I say go for it. I would if I did. Sounds like you have the potential for a good, dark viewing set up. Like I said, I think intent is the biggest thing here.

       

      The Ultra Blacks by Epson are pretty good. My friend has one in his basement.

      What @Enhance said. Projectors are only worth considering these days if you're going to build an actual home theater with no windows or anything, and you're going for a seriously massive screen size. Even then, it's kinda 'TV if you can, projector if you must'.

       

      Next debate: OLED vs quantum dot LED TVs (Samsung QLED, Vizio P-series, etc.). Personally, I'm still not a fan of OLED TVs because while they look amazing when they're new, they get dimmer with time and are prone to burn-in.

      Isn't a projecter not as sharp picture wise when compared to say a 4k tv?  We just got one of those Qled Samsung 65 in. 4k's for Christmas.  Love it.

    Has anyone installed sound proofing for their basement in wall ceiling speakers? Gonna order 4 Micca M-8C because of their great reviews and Z reviews on YouTube recommend them.

     

    Looked at Dynamat Dynabox sound proofing but man $103 per enclosure is pricey.

    A lot have posted other bad calls on here that I had in mind but here’s another one from the 10’ season. AK from Iowa State trying to rip Burkheads head off. Legate from Nebraska saw the dirty play and threw AK off of Burkhead and the officials flagged Nebraska instead of AK from Iowa State.       Thank you all for the awesome support. She opted out from ringing the bell after her last treatment because she didn’t want to depress all of the other folks going through their treatment especially those who are just starting their battle to fight this awful disease.

    After watching them lose a 13 and 8 point lead and then Rutgers drained a 3 to take the lead in the 2nd early on, thought “I’ve seen this before” and turned it off. Jumped on Call of Duty Blackout, played 5 duo games with my brother and won 2 of them so I made the right decision hahaha

    1. Crouch - Won the Heisman, spectacular career highlight reel and Black 41 Flash Reverse Pass 2. Suh - The pure domination he endured to opposing teams made him a fan favorite. Outland, Lombardi, Bronko Nagurski, Chuck Bednarik award winner and finished 4th in the Heisman race. SUUUUUHHHHH 3. Barrett Rudd - One of our best LB since Trev at the time and still holds the record of career total tackles with Nebraska. RUUUUUUUDDDDDD 4. Rex Burkhead - class act both on and off the field. His relation with Jack made him a fan favorite. 5. Taylor Martinez - got a lot of fans excited to see a mobile quarterback again knowing that any minute he could break one. Honorable mentions: Ameer Abdullah, Jordan Westerkamp, Randy Gregory and LaVonte David

      I mean the fact that Romo can tell you what the play is before they run it..  that's what you want in a color commentator. Plus his shear joy and love of the game always comes through.

      @The Dude it was in HD. Both CBS and NBC were perfect. It’s always like this for NFL games on Fox for me and College is decent too but not as bad

    Husker fans are slowly realizing how douche Iowa fans are and how much they obsess over Husker football. I found this out way back in 02’ when I started college and with every job I worked at after that. Any time Nebraska lost, every Husker fan in my class or at my job heard about it from Hawkeye fans even when Nebraska was still in the Big 12. Once Iowa lost, we never said a word cause we could careless about Iowa. BTW that tweet the Iowa band member tweeted about not waving has been deleted
