  1. Looks like an editing error to me. Someone changed their mind mid-post but forgot to erase what they had previously written.
  2. And around here if you don’t believe what every else believes you are a fool and an outcast. No, you're a fool and an outcast because all you ever do is bitch. You bitch about the coaches, you bitch about the players, you bitch about the members of this board. And people don't like that? GO FIGURE.
  3. And the one that got away was always A LOT bigger in your mind than it was in real life. Good point. We have five guys on our current O Line, not counting recruits who signed yesterday, who have four stars. Heck, one of our best players last year, Choi, was unrated. But everyone wants to blow a gasket over Peat. It sucks losing Peat. But not to the extent that some people have gone on about. And on. And on. And on. And on. To read some of these posts you'd think this was a bad recruiting class. It wasn't. It met a lot of needs. Not all, but a lot. And the walk-on class is ridiculous.
  4. I did read post #17. The top of the post. It's right there.
  5. There seems to be a blue ribbon on Philadelphia, i dont think a commit came from there There is a recruit from Pennsylvania Ummm..... Foppa? It's right there in your post. Not doctored.
  6. Third-ranked class in the Big Ten. Never was going to be any higher than that. Ahead of Wiscy and Northwestern, to whom we lost last year, if anyone recalls.
  7. There should come a point where a LOT of people realize that what they're putting on video doesn't belong on teh webz. That goes for YouTube and about two dozen other video sites.
  8. HuskerExtraSip Just talked to Bo Pelini about his car accident. It was in south Lincoln around 5 p.m. "It was kind of nasty, but everybody's OK," he said. HuskerExtraSip Regarding the car accident, Pelini said he swerved to avoid a car, as did the lady with whom he collided. "I felt bad for the lady." HuskerExtraSip Despite the accident, Pelini still made it to the #Huskers recruiting dinner in Omaha.
  9. The only thing today proved is that there is a group of "fans" who will self-flagellate at the drop of a dime.
  10. Fonzie Dennard was a three-star recruit, sport. Would you like to have two Fonzie Dennards patrolling your defensive backfield? I know I would. Give your little personal meltdown a rest. It's a tired act.
  11. My apologies if this turns out to be nothing. Greg Sharpe is tweeting that Bo was involved in a car accident tonight on the way to Omaha. Bo is fine. Car isn't. More news as it comes forth.
  12. Bo was in a car accident? He's OK but the car isn't. Anyone else hearing this?

  13. If we break .500 Doc may very well keep his job a couple more years. That would be near magical.
  14. I actually laughed out loud at the absurdity of this post. You, sir, are deserving of your avatar. Sadly no one will be laughing four years from now. Only if they read your posts.
  15. Yep. Per Bo's presser this afternoon Ross Els is the new Recruiting Coordinator and Special Teams coach, taking over both duties from Pap.
  16. For the record, we don't put up the logo and "signed" tag on the walk-on pages. And Mr. Nabity is not a four-star recruit according to Rivals. Welcome aboard, Mr. Nabity. Good luck to you in your Husker career.
  17. Nope. Most of TO's classes, including the ones in the 90s, were in the upper teens to mid-twenties. Agree with the rest of your post. This staff has to start stepping up. If you're labeled a "Defensive Genius," you cannot have a defense that anyone can run on.
  18. Not to mention that Palo Alto and environs is quite a nice place to live. Spent two years of my life there. Would go back.
  19. Don't even think that I didn't get the reference Jock was making. I know all about it, so blah blah blah. LINK You kids get off my lawn!
  20. What is "average?" If you're talking about the 66 AQ schools, we're still above average being ranked #24 overall. We're in the top third, or to put it in historic terms, roughly where most of Osborne's classes were. Focus less on the stars. Focus more on whether or not our coaches can get these guys to play to their potential.
