. All you see him do on Saturdays is pace the sideline and yell at people when they mess up and yell at the refs....that's really all I have seen the man do. He has no headset, no papers, no playsheets, just a jacket and walks back and forth. Hahah, this is too true...Even I could do that if they paid me half a mil!! GBR!!

Thank you. I have seen a lot of love for our men and women in uniform on this board and I have to say it really does my heart good to see the good people of Nebraska still upholding the values that make our state so great. Besides the great 80's hair,,,and the arguably the best center ever in the game of college football, what does he have that would make him a good money manager? Roger, got it, let the coach coach, AD's run have to run the whole department and balance the books. So why is Dave R getting so much attention? and of course....GBR!

I must say this surprised me, especially when you look at the base salary of some of the other coaches. Haven't done my research but would be surprised if there is another coach out there that has been coaching as long as Joe Pa has. Loyalty and tenure has to be worth something right? Then again what that story doesn't say is how much in bonuses he makes per year, per bowl, etc etc... p.s. Wally saw your pic of your new Rhodesian pup. My wife and I have a 6 month old we brought back with us from Germany ( I am military).

First post here and I just got back recently from 3 tours in Iraq and living in Germany so I am trying to get caught up on my beloved Huskers. Born and raised in Lincoln and graduated from Nebraska in 99 so I know of Rimington...but why is there so much talk about him being the next AD? and of course....GBR!!
