Front desk recommended Scotty's Pub or Blind Pig, off to find them. Was encouraged yesterday of a hopeful Sea of Red by this tweet from Illinois yesterday...

Thanks for all the info guys, I'm writing this as I'm driving to champagne right now. I'm looking for a good sports bar or pre game bar or even a Friday night bar. Good place to have a beer and hang out with other husker fans I'm a middle aged husker fan, attended UNL in the 90s. Looking for the Barry's/Haymarket type vibe areas, if those exist.

I'm headed to the game in Champaign Illinois, where are some of the best places to hang out at in that city? Where are the husker fans going to be?

How will you do that? If he stumbles over the next few years, he's gone. If he is wildly successful, he's gone. He has been at two schools since he left NU. A few great years and he may bolt for greener pastures. If he does ok, not great, he'll stick. Bo will do ok. but opinions vary. GO BO!! I think the only "greener pasture" he would bolt for would be if Coach Tressel retires/gets fired, Pelini would not hesitate to leave for OSU, in fact I would not be surprised if there was an "out clause" built into his contract allowing him to leave for OSU. Other than that, I would be very surprised if he left here after being successful.

I'm torn between whether or not this is a good thing. I don't think Lucky was as good as a runner as Brandon Jackson was two years ago, and not as good as a runner as Castille or Helu, however, he was a better receiver than all of them and I think we would miss that. Whatever happened to Kenny Wilson? Does he have any eligibility left?
