  1. Just jumping in here without reading any previous threads...really wish we would have stuck with Armstrong. Really felt the momentum slow on offense with the sub.
  2. That driving your car, while pulling a trailer cross country, is not a good time to have a near heart attack. Of course I have to move during a decent game dammit. Stupid Army. On a side note, couldn't watch the game but while listening to it on XM it sounded like the defense made in-game adjustments as opposed to waiting till halftime. If so, that's a plus finally...
  3. If than drive doesn't fire this team up, I don't know what will. The coaches can't.
  4. Probably the same as my hopes of winning the lottery tonight...
  5. There really was a shooter on the grassy knoll...........
  6. Sweet...there's the adjustments we were looking for
  7. That's good...I'm sure you will see it again. And again....
  8. Whew...sounds like we will make adjustments and we will be ok. I'm not worried about the second half now..........................
  9. Over/Under for swing passes thrown in the second half?
  10. Goal line stand and nobody in front of center?? Odd...
  11. Having trouble blocking a gap like crazy...need to stop that.
  12. I'm not in the military, but IMO, no. We don't really need this. There is an old cliche about always fighting the last war . . . and to my admittedly untrained eye this looks like a weapon designed to fight a war from decades ago. The future isn't manned aircraft. This is a colossal waste. Over a trillion dollars. Speaking from personal experience here. Not sure if many remember the Comanche helicopter. Billion dollars + wasted and a no-go on the airframe. Now we are finally dropping money on the Echo model Apache helicopter. We, merica and all that, can save so much money upgrading our current fleet while not sacrificing air superiority. Just have to keep the lobbyists out of it................
  13. My comment had nothing to do about the underlying partisanship to all of this. Just my aggravation that billions of dollars of spending were thrown in under the radar by a member of Congress. I'll leave the name out so as to not imply a party line. The biggest issue with the money? The cost of the dam is now 3 times what it was supposed to be. No oversight, just throwing money at anything in their jurisdictions. And hence the last comment of firing all, not just one.
