      Need to get rid of Schwarber, Almora and Bote. Resign Castellanos. 
       

      I love Maddon but I think it’s time for a new manager. Cubs were at the bottom in base running blunders and errors. Hopefully a different approach can solve some of these. 
       

      The fact that they were as competitive as they were and their run differential being what it was makes me think they’re not that far off from putting a team out there that can make another deep October run. 
       

      oh yeah need a totally new pen and some new SPs.
