And I’m not sure if your disagreeing about 1st base being the easiest position to replace, but it is. Do you know what WAR is? Using their algorithm, 1st basemen receive negative points for the position.

This team seems to have a lot of confidence at times.  They don't have a killer instinct most of the time.  We missed a lot of layups and as you said free throws.  It could have been a 12-15 point win. Still a W though.

Yup. Watson struggled to hit shots/lay-ups all game long, then hits 2 huge free-throws and gets a block on a shot attempt to basically win the game.

Hmm, well he has one year left on his deal which is at a very team friendly price and will be 30 next year.  I consider Foles and Kennum pretty much the same kind of QB so I'd wait to see what kind of market developed for Kennum and go from there.  I can't see him fetching more than a 4th round draft pick.

Oddsmakers are probably having a bit of a hard time with conference games when it comes to teams like Wisconsin.  This would be like a KU all of a sudden sucking.  The Badgers have finished in the top 4 in conference for 15 years or so, now they stink and you keep thinking "This is the game where they break out" but I think we are seeing that they are so young and that Gard is not Ryan.
