    Super Bowl Halftime Show

     

    The entire discussion around this is ridiculous.  Yes, it was different this year than other years.  It appealed to a different crowd that some others.  Great.  

     

    What I find irritating is people who are saying..."this is what it should have always been".  Well....sorry to disappoint you, but there are lots of different generations that watch the Super Bowl and they probably try to appeal to various age groups in different years.

     

    Next year might be totally different and that's fine.

     

    The funny ones are the people claiming...YEAH....they finally appealed to a younger crowd.  Hmmmm....artists from the 90s???  If you're saying that...you're no longer part of the "younger crowd".

      Great show!! Could have done with less Eminem and 50 Cent and more Dre and Snoop.  Was expecting a holograph 2 Pac at some point.  This is not a typical "safe" lineup and glad they did it.

      Tough crowd.  Star rankings can be taken with a grain of salt most years and this years rankings are probably more off than your typical year.

      We fight to get the 6AM slot so we can go right to our OTA's afterwards before the Summer heat gets too much.  We allow flexibility and have had other sports (even girls) come to our workouts if it did not fit their schedule.  

       

      WIth uniforms we are on a cycle, but individual sport fundraising can help with the quality of gear we get.  Golf Tournaments, Card Sales, etc can go to the budget and allow you to get better equipment/gear.  

       

      With gym use we rotate boys and girls weekly for use of the big gym for bball and whatnot.

      That is awesome to hear you guys are safe. I never wore a seatbelt when I was a kid. I always do now, so I can model it for my kids. They now automatically buckle up now every time we get in the car.  Leaned behavior.
