      Why?

And when I say 'why', I mean 'why did you have respect for Harbaugh in the first place?'

I don't think there is any love lost between Harbaugh and Frost.

I saw them in Austin earlier this tour, and will see them Wed here in San Anto.  I was bummed that Adler won't be on the drums and considered not going because of that.  My daughter is a drummer, like her mom, and hasn't got to see him.  I have seen Slayer so many times that to me, the current lineup isn't Slayer per say IMO.  But, with a huge production budget they make it seem that way.  No one can replace Dave Lombardo. NOBODY!

I'll catch them on their next final tour.

This is the first time I have seen Slayer without Dave and Jeff. Bostaph and Holt fill in really well, but They aren't Dave and Jeff. It was a great show, but the last 30 minutes of the concert it poured down rain on us. :)  I enjoyed watching Testament and Lamb of God almost as mu as Slayer.

  8. " One day a man saw a snake being burned to death in a fire so he tried to take the snake out of the fire , when he did, the snake bit him. The.snakes bite caused terrible pain. The man dropped the snake back in the fire and the snake was burning again. The man attempted to pull the snake out again.and the snake bit him again. Someone who was watching asked the man and said:
Do you understand every time you try to get the snake out of the fire, it's going to bite you???
The man replied the snakes nature is to bite, and my nature is to always help, others.
So the man took a garden hoe and got the snake out of the fire and saved him.
Don't change your nature just because someone does harm to you!!! Don't change your character only be wiser.
Some people will hurt you, trick you and use you. Wise up and learn to stop enabling and learn how and when to give help.......Always just with wisdom!"

Cool story @Dilly Dilly.  It takes a special person to BE this type of person in the moment.  Very special.

I guess I'm not as good a person as the guy in the story.  I might try to rescue the snake once.  But if it bit me and I dropped it back in the fire, I don't think I'd try again.  It's *my* nature not to get bitten twice.  That, and I don't particularly like snakes.  lol

I offered my truck to two neighbors for this morning to haul their brush piles away.  I was just going to let them use my truck but decided this morning I better drive.  I have a lot of things I need to get done today and wanted to get this task out of the way.  Neither one made an effort to be home so I hauled them myself.  Now I'm icing my knee that's been bothering me.  I'm going to tell them they can fill up my truck with gas if they want to thank me.

  11. So I wanted to share my good deed for the week. I was at work and stepped out for a smoke... And i noticed a dude in his early 20s pushing a stroller wearing shoes that were coming apart at the seams. I stopped him to try to figure out what type of person he was. I noticed his son was properly dressed and the stroller happened to be a higher end stroller. So he goes on to say his son is his world and he doesn't have the time or money to worry about his self or his appearance because his son gets all of his attention and extra money he has. Now I'm thinking, this is a good dude and i want to help this man out. I reach into my pockets, pulled out 2 wads of cash, removed the rubber bands, and then i gave him the rubber bands to help him hold his shoes together. Good karma coming my way soon! Stay humble!

39th round.  I'm guessing football will be his focus.  What does a 39th round pick even get paid?

Going the route of Kyler Murray. Interesting to see to college QB sign MLB deals and stay to play another year in college. How common is that?

interesting contract. he'll play this year and next for michigan's football team and during off times he will be able to work with rangers instructors. 39th round also has to be pretty good given he hasnt played baseball since his junior year in high school.

I watched this segment last night.  It was good, but it was kinda creepy that the bowling coach ended up marrying a former player of his from the early 90s.

It was an enjoyable segment.  I have met the two of them many times in the past.  I think he was coaching (volunteering), his wife to be, since she was 15 years old.  About 21 years age difference..oh my, if we all could be that lucky.
