We have a lot of DB’s in the room. And a couple from this year already moving over from WR. I just wonder if it’s him with the idea to look around or the staff.

Todays win must feel like teams that played us in the past several years: .I feel Fortunate to win. And thankful the opponent has some horrible turnovers and play calls at the most inopportune times. Otherwise it’s a close game.

HH is deceptively fast. Every time I saw him run, it felt like it was just 1 or 2 yards. But it was actually like 6-7. His height makes it seem like he’s not going too far. Then on the td run. I thought for sure he’s Gonna get caught. Nope. TD!

I’m more pessimistic than I thought. Every flag I saw against us on a good play…. I was expecting it to be against us and take the good play away. At least that’s what it feels like it’s been the past several years spanning 2 different coaches. This year the bonehead plays were after the ended. So the positive at least stood. phew.

I wonder if they ran it because NIU went for 2?

Young players getting on the field and then making plays…seems like we couldn’t get them on the field for whatever reason and when we did they were spectacular failures. Lenhardt is a ray of hope. And the D flying around in the first half was great to see. Haven’t seen that in years…

Yeah and Am surprised that we don’t run any underneath, quick hitting plays. I don’t think I’ve seen any screens, or slants, or short crossing pattens. oh and more option plays not just RPO. Since our qb can run…
