Well technically a senior now, but was just shocked because most recruiting sites have him almost 20 pounds more, i know that recruiting site embellish height amd weight sometimes but dang.

Meh, I really don't think it's that big of a deal. We can easily build him up when he gets here.

I'd rather have a 3-4 year player that would qualify to play and use the scholarship they were awarded. If its' the guy that's slightly slower than this one I'm ok with that. Williams has proven he is able to recruit, and I'm confident he will replace him with someone equally good or better.

 

Doesn't matter how good a kid is if he isn't allowed on the field or if he leaves after a year and takes a scolly with him.

Seems like you're making a lot of assumptions about a person you've never met. If he qualifies, what would lead you to think he'd leave a year later? We aren't close to the situation and frankly don't know what's going to happen. But if he gets here, we'll all welcome him with open arms.

Do we even know he's for sure not coming? People on HuskerOnline and HuskerMax were pretty confident on Friday that he is going to be here next month.

Apparently his dad pulled him out to get him into shape and straightened out.

Hamm just changed his to "foggy" and Wayne McGahee, an FSU beat writer from USA Today, just put in a CB for us.

Just going by what's been shown on the field to date, I would say that Michigan State has been our best rivalry in the B1G. It's been an entertaining series - crazy comebacks, big upsets, and heartbreaks. Too bad they're not in the same division as we are.

 

 

Sam's point about Nebraska not accepting rivalries that are "beneath" them is a bit misguided. It's that Nebraska fans don't accept rivalries, with one exception, at all.

I don't think it's the case that Nebraska fans won't accept anyone not named Oklahoma as a rival. Remember how when we first joined the Big Ten, we had Penn State as a protected cross-division opponent? Quick survey: how many of you would rather have Penn State as the annual regular season-ending matchup, and how many would rather stick with Iowa? And does anyone think that the game would ever be stuck on Fox Sports 1 if it were against Penn State?

I really liked that series. Would have loved for Penn State to become our rival. We already history to build off of. Absolutely hate the East and West division alignment.

I've looked more into it, I can't find any solid white husker gloves. Nearly positive he's wearing these aTm ones...

They look like Texas A&M gloves to me, but it's really hard to tell. I think the red looks too dark to be ours. He's also wearing maroon socks - wasn't in the other tweet.
