    Again...dorks need to come own it. I can still remember leaving lincoln (went down with 5 hot girls and 4 dudes) and telling my buddy "This is what you wanted...some lame ass nice coach" WIth that said...we were the drunkest guys in Lincoln.

    If I am a college coach...I am doing that stuff...and if someone on my staff won't...they might not be there with me for long. Except for the injury stuff...I suck at dealing with that.

    Yeah, I don't think they play favorites. I really don't think most coaches do but I think what happens is people are stubborn so once they think Player X is Da-Man...it is really hard for them to change their mind.

    Yep! They already know who they WANT to start...know they need to see that moment that sort of justifies, not so much to the staff but to the team.

    Why? You don't want one to transfer. They can't afford that this year. I have coached for a long ass time and I have never been on a staff where we "didn't know" who was going to start at QB.
