I don't think the fact there is a prop bet indicates anything at all about the team or any attendance trend. They created a prop bet because they know Nebraska fans will bet on it and they make money regardless because of the juice. Their only goal is to increase the amount of money that gets wagered.

Actually, last year's attendance averaged 89,034 per game. I guess people must hate Frost the way they're staying away from the stadium. 89,565 is obviously a high line. Better go with the unders.

Attendance dropped the final three games in 2018. Starting off 0-6 will probably have some effect.

Also it didn't help that the final two home games - Illinois & Michigan State - were two of the coldest games in recent memory.  We didn't go to the Sparty game after freezing our butts off the week before, and we had to give our tickets away.
