      Get a cast iron griddle and use it on any grill.

      ^^ Yeah, that. Blackstone just seems like a good marketing campaign when it's not all that different than anyone else's cast iron griddles.

      I have one of those and a charcoal grill and a propane grill and I hardly ever use the grills anymore.
