@commando Does the B1G protocol require contact tracing? I ask because I looked at their rules and saw nothing about contact tracing. Maybe there is a more comprehensive plan other than what I found?

I remember watching our game last year against the Illini and thinking "wow", there's some hitting going on. If thats the same tonight it might result in fewer points due turnovers caused by the lack of actual live play. However, it seems this years scoring is up considerably across the nation. Hence why my advice would be don't bet this game. To many unknowns right now.

Came out great!  I don't think the double brining did anything to it.  It was easy to slice and made some Rubens! 

Dang, didn't see this until now. But yeah, if it's a store-bought corned beef (pre-brined), then I just coat it in a spice rub and toss it on the smoker, no extra rinsing. Smoke it like you would a brisket, wrapping it in foil at around 160℉ and then cooking it until a skewer (or thermometer probe) can be poked through all parts with almost no resistance.

My wife had a student test positive so she's teaching from home this week. I went home for lunch and got to listen to some of her class. What a nightmare. Kids just talking to one another in the video conference. Some aren't logged on. Some are laying down eating snacks all day. It's crazy

This has me concerned about the B1G season actually being played. One of their parameters is community spread/impact. Not sure how it gets factored in but I believe if the University community numbers are bad they can cancel games/season.
