  1. Defense needs to play press man, and stop with zone. Play cover one and move a safety to the box. And get Farmer off the field.
  2. It seems like everytime I see Hixson he is on the ground because he's either been bulldozed or whiffed on a block. I really don't understand the logic of starting him. I know piper isn't great but at least his ceiling is higher.
  3. https://www.google.com/amp/s/huskercorner.com/2022/09/04/nebraska-football-grades-north-dakota/amp/ Sorry but the Benhart experiment needs to be over. But of course the staff will wait until he gets exposed by OU to finally make the change.
  4. Think if RB doesn't work out for yant, he could be a good MLB
  5. If Urbs is the guy, think the contract is over $8M?
  6. Raiola needs to be fired if he doesn't give anyone else a chance
  7. I would get Ron Roberts, DC Baylor. Has 31 years of experience and knows Aranda's system.
  8. Mullen. Only had two losing seasons in the SEC West. Offensive guru. Team him with Whip and Joseph, may have an offensive juggernaut.
  9. Explaining to your colleagues at work that Northwestern is sometimes good, is a pain no Husker should endure.

Is Northwestern any good?  Remains to be seen.  Last year at this time people were trying to convince themselves Illinois was a good team, then they promptly lost to UTSA hahaha.

we just don't want to break that incredible streak of 1 score losses

Sounds like rationalizing more than explaining. Northwestern is never “good”.

  10. How many wins does Frost need for you to feel comfortable bringing him back next year?

For me 9 wins starts the convo.

It would happen with 6, but I'd be comfortable with it with 10.

  11. What about farniok and jaimes? That's still two more drafted players than some coaches on the team.
  12. How many players have we had leave with eligibility remaining? Don't think players leaving is always indicative of coaching.
  13. I think Austin was scapegoated. I read somewhere that Chins said Austin was the most respected coach from the initial staff, not to mention he produced the single highest drafted position group on the team. Not saying his lines were perfect, but he's taking too much blame for the offenses past problems.
  14. Don't know if this has been posted but love Tannor's comment.
