      The reason there hasn't been any "noise" in the Nebraska coaching search has more to do with attention focused elsewhere than anything.  Florida's search got messy, Tennessee's became a generational disaster, Florida State's situation became precarious, and the the need for eyeballs on articles really took care of itself. 

       

      If this had been a quiet year for coaching changes, the Nebraska "story" would still be churning out headlines. But the reality is that our situation has been taken care of for weeks.  The media has just turned their attention to other, easier-to-sell stories.

    Almost 10 years later and I'm back making big screen content for college football :D Too bad it's for Notre Dame.  This is their first year with screens so it's kind of cool to be apart of their history.

      I know. I'm in the same boat. I want this team to succeed but there are so many bad things about this staff. Not just wins and losses things, but things about them as coaches and personalities that I just can't get over. I don't believe I will support Pelini in any way in the future regardless of how the season goes. The man has shown such a refusal to learn, grow and change that I find it really hard to respect him.

    So we specifically recruite the less athletic guys with good head on their shoulders... but none of those players can execute the most basic gameplan. The only reason must be that our coaches are clueless

      It's obvious that Bo's guys are not cutting it. These are his recruits and this is his product. Until we get a new coach the product won't change much if at all.

      A bunch of us got together and had a good time the night before the Spring Game got cancelled. Look for the bar crawl thread in the BS Lounge. We tried to do it again before the season started but only me and Minnesota were going to go. I'm down for another get-together. Met some great guys, and really enjoyed meeting one guy who doesn't post here much.
