    I am from Nebraska but go to Georgia Tech that is why I root for both teams. Went to Millard West. I'm a third year Aerospace Engineering major and I hope to graduate with my masters in 5 years. I hope to return and work in the Omaha area after graduation.<br /><br />I like sports. I like girls. I like lifting weights and getting huge. I enjoy walking around that lake behind Gordmans in West O during the summer at night with friends and just talking. I like slip-n-sliding. I love opposing fans hating on our offense then wondering why their defense sucks and can't stop a 'high school offense' after we put a 40+ spot on them. I love the College World Series. I like Creighton basketball (and GT). I like the weird looks I get at the movie theaters when they ask for a student ID and I have a Georgia Tech ID. I enjoy still being asked for my ID to see rated R movies...except when I am with a girl (WTF?). I like Sons of Italy in downtown Omaha. I enjoy golfing. I enjoy not eating fast food or french fries or drinking pop...for the last 4 years. I like coming home on breaks to a snow covered Omaha. I like playing music loudly with windows rolled down. I like driving around aimlessly at the end of a night out and just relaxing for about 30 mins. I love a girl who goes to UNL. I realized this summer that some things are important than school (relationships), and I almost transferred to UNL but I pulled through. I enjoy being an aerospace engineering major except when I actually have to study. I have great pride when people ask, "now where do you go to school?" and I can say, "I go to Georgia Tech." Paul Johnson turned me from a good Georgia Tech fan to a die hard. I love 90's music. I enjoy people instantly judging that I am a nerd because of what I study then I destroy them at any sport/physical activity. I like wearing jeans and long sleeved shirts. I love playing ping pong and bowling. I love the intense feeling of relaxation, completion, and betterment after a weight lifting session. I enjoy rubbing sore muscles.     We will be fine. I expect to contend for another ACC championship. The triple option is more about the scheme than the players, although obviously having great players makes you that much better. We need freshman and sophomores to step up .... just like every other school.

    Losing our 4 best players and he still puts us at 8. I like the way he thinks.

    I thought the freshman did well. Going from a HS game one year to the national championship game the next and having 2 TD passes ... respect.

    I used to hate the SEC until I realized everyone hates the SEC because they are the best. Then I stopped hating them just to be different.

    If Texas didn't like it maybe they could have sacked up and stopped them ... running the score up is the most overrated thing in the world. Who cares. In 1 week it will just be an L for Texas and a W for Alabama and nobody will care about the score.

    Interestingly, Nesbitt was a 4 star shotgun quarterback in high school and came to GT while Chan Gailey was the coach. He said this year, "if I knew I would have been running the option I would probably have not come to GT." I just think GT has so much success running throughout the year that he hardly ever throws thus he is not as good at is as he could be. He does go off at times, such as in the Miss St. game he passed for 266 yards. I think he has it in him, maybe next year he will develop into a better passer.

    Nesbitt=average, at best. I know you guys like him, but he is not a good option qb. Receivers in the blocking game have it down it seems. Ballcarriers are solid. O-line is crap, and QB looks like a compromise. I think a guy like Nesbitt would be better suited to a Tyrod Taylor type role, but his arm is frightening. His pitches are even scary. I'll accept a lot of comments about GT, but Nesbitt is really not average. He is the heart and soul leader of the team. Maybe he doesn't throw that well (actually, he DOESN'T throw well), but take him off the team and we have 2-3 more losses. He single handedly won the Florida State game and was the determining factor in the Wake Forest game. Finding an athlete like him may not be hard, but he is a fullback as a quarterback and a great leader. Tebow like in his leadership but without the SECSPN hype ... I believe he also received first team all-ACC honors. I don't think you have watched GT enough if you think Nesbitt is average.

    How was Shreveport? And we all know nerd is a key word for 'smarter than me'.

    Games are won by Joe's and Mo's not X's and O's. When GT has superior athletes on the field the option will roll. It did so 11 of 14 games this season. We have the skill players but no O-line and no defense (last night was the best the defense has looked in a long time). Against above average and even some very good teams you can hide your O-line and defense with great skill players but Iowa had a D-line that blew up our O-line and had an offense that was good enough .... which is not hard to be ... against our D. I look at the bright side ... maybe such a poor performance will cause draft stock to drop for our great juniors and thus they will come back. If so GT will be the best unranked team in the nation haha.

    I've always thought progressive uniforms were the coolest, such as Oregon. Some of their choices are horrible but some at really nice looking. Don't understand teams sticking with plain old uni's cuz of tradition .... tradition is just living in the past.

    Only reason Bo leaves is for the NFL, and he doesn't seem like much of an NFL guy. But I guess Saban didn't either.

    I'm sure Cincy fans would say they would much rather be in NU's shoes... be careful what you wish for.

    Of course you root for your own conference. All that can do is help Neb. If Texas wins it all this year and then NU wins the big 12 next year, who do you think will get a ton of respect? On the other hand, if Texas gets spanked, NU will get much less respect even if they win the conference. Even if you hate Texas it would be wise to root for them...
