I'll keep the derail to a minimum. [derail] I understand the apprehension with Favre, as I've been a lifelong Vikes fan as well...however, when I heard he was on the way I was stoked. I didn't think the Vikes would be this good...I just knew the season would be hella interesting. The chance at a SuperBowl has just been a bonus! [/derail] I agree, i didnt think Favre would be this good. He doesnt force bad passes, he has been what the vikes needed.. T-jack at the helm makes this team 10-6 with a 1st round exit again.. Favre, might have made this team a SB team... here is to hoping

I hear ya, fellow Friend-of-the-Favre! Clearly this is a smart kid! I am a Vikings fan, not as much a Favre fan(he was a packer for too long, for me to love him... i just recently started to not hate him )But anyone who plays on the Vikes is my kind of guy.

I think nowadays, kids are getting smarter. Bo is a real guy, not a used car salesman like so many other coaches. That doesnt mean he doesn't use some good lines to get kids in here, but I feel like you can trust Bo. Bo uses his ability as a coach to convince kids to come here, not his ability to be a smooth talker. Bo is the PERFECT coach for Nebraska.
