Gave an interview this morning on 1620. Sounds pretty solid N. They asked him who his lead recruiter was from Oregon. His response was that he is 100% Husker and on team GBR. Stays in contacts with all of the other Husker recruits in a group text. We just have to keep recruiting him and he will stay ours.

I thought the fight scene was executed beautifully. Knowing what was coming, I was still thoroughly entertained.

So are we waiting to hear something from administration about letting him in? Or is it more the fact that he hasn't decided where he would like to transfer. From all of the information I have gathered on the incident it sounds like he's been contrite and willing to accept his punishment. I can't understand why there would be any kind of hold up from an admin angle. They accepted Alex Lewis after his felony assault charge.

First of all Dumbeldor dies. I keed I keed. As a book reader I would hate to spoil anything for you unsullied. I'm proud of the readers that kept quiet on the Red Wedding for years because the payoff for show only fans was glorious. I know there are plenty of places out there for non readers to get spoiled if they want, but most of the readers are good about not blatantly spoiling. As far as the Cersei/Jamie scene goes, here's my take. The entire situation is supposed to be uncomfortable. They are having incest sex, in a "church", at a wake for their love child. Each character is written not as pure evil/pure good but a shade of grey. Everyone has things you hate about them, but they also need to show scenes to make you feel empathy for them. I think the show runners just wanted to inject some of that so people could empathize with Cersei. In the books this is the first time Jamie and Cersei are seeing each other and she wasn't sure she would see him alive again. Also the books are written as point of view story telling. You know the internal thoughts of the characters. That may be why some people who know the characters a little better might be saying she wanted it. It's not some statement that some women really want the 'D' even though they say no.

I'm not sure on the date. Could be the 94 Colorado game. All I remember is there were two Buff fans, one riding piggy back on the other, yelling about how great CU was jokingly. It was after the game so they had already been beaten. It was awesome and they were good about it.

My question is, from a place of no insider knowledge or understanding, if this booster (and I presume others) are so furious about it, why don't they come out and address the elephant in the room? Becuase it's just one booster. And it's just adding to the meaningless speculation of 'I heard this" and "I heard that". One voice does not stand for everyone. Basically my comment was a smart ass response to pretty much everything HuskerBoard right now. The only truth to is that I do know a booster, and he did say this. Does your friend happen to work in irrigation in south central Nebraska?

So to come out and make a statement as a single donor, you would come off like a pretentious a$$hole. Maybe he's a nice guy. I think his problem is that he lacks the burst we are used to seeing from AA. There are huge cutback lanes he could be hitting but he doesn't have the burst the crease them. Even on goal line plays where he should be making his hay, there are a few issues. At times his stride is too long and it makes it easier to stop his momentum. I like the man for who he is but I feel like he is better suited as a fullback.

obviously you are a guy not in "the know" The last time I heard him talking about Calvin he stated something to the effect of "Hey internet message board guy, stop saying he's a problem. Come walk with him through the halls. See what his life is like. He's young and making a few mistakes but he's trying to get it right." I have to believe Damon is trying to be a positive influence on him. A guy who went through the process of being a high value recruit, being an idiot kid, and finally turning the corner as a man. There was no reason to go all internet super douche on me.

I thought Benning stated that he doesn't have any issues. I think he is a guy in the know.
