      Can't remember who I just saw in the media that came out with their Big 10 West predictions and they actually picked Minnesota to win the division.  Not sure what exactly led them to believe that.  Game 1 but still.

    Our July 4th ended by watching a brawl at a house near my in-law's home with six police cruisers showing up. I imagine we all looked very similar to Wilson from Home Improvement. It was so entertaining... we totally forgot about the rest of the fireworks we had to shoot off.

    I’d like to start biking.  Paved trails and what not.  I’d like to get something decent, but not go all in.  What kind of things should I be looking for in a bike?  Suggestions?

      I bough an old Trek for 100 bucks off of CL.  Works just fine.  Had the bike shop clean it and then re calibrate the gears.  We're moving to a development in 3 weeks that has some great bike path near.  Both paved and unpaved so I've been thinking it might be time to upgrade.  The old bike works just fine though so maybe you don't need to plunk down a lot of dinero to get the desired results.
