Hawks down 2-1 with 4 minutes left in the 3rd. They just look out of sync especially in this 3rd period. Don't see them coming back and winning this one. Oh well.

When you watch him on tape he looks better than just a 3 star kid. I also noticed only 4 other schools besides us offered. He looks like he throws better than anyone we currently have on our roster. He was hitting some guys who were in stride on the money and squeezing the ball into some tight windows on a few of those passes. Wonder what the scoop with him is. He looks great on film. Almost reminded me of watching Joe Ganz except maybe a little more accurate looking. I want to see more of O'Brien and the cool thing is I will. Maybe he can translate what he's shown on his hs tape into something with us. We'll see. Good looking QB on tape for sure.

I will be. I've watched almost all of the friendlies they've had this year. I'd love to watch a game in person.

I'll give Tommy some credit. He seems to really be trying to learn this game even more. The fact that he's working with Favre doesn't really matter to me but the fact that he seems to be trying to be more of a student of the game does. If these coaches can clean up his game some (he must make better decisions in his passing game) and play to his strengths that would be a major accomplishment right there.

Nothing surprising here. Bo was a joke for a coach and there's a reason he's coaching in the FCS now. Even Frazier didn't feel Carnes was getting a fair shot. I think with the proper coaching, obviously having the opportunity and the right players around him Carnes could have been a good QB for us. The "I still love Nebraska" quote from Carnes shows he's 100 times classier than his former coach will ever be. Best of luck to him in his future.

Ha ha! Seems like Harbaugh is always mixing it up with someone. Now he's taking on a whole conference. I love it. He does it right in there front yard too. Forget backyard. I hope he does it every year. Maybe some other B1G coaches will follow suit namely ours.

Headed into the 3rd overtime since this incredible/amazing goal was disallowed. Never seen anything like this in a hockey game. Unreal.

As long as Urban is the head coach of the Buckeye's they will be the team to beat in the B1G. Also hats off to Braxton Miller. A lot of players of his caliber might have transferred somewhere else to guarantee their playing time. Classy that he is staying and not seeking a transfer.

I'm not nervous about anything. We weren't even ranked at the end of last year. If were not ranked again at the end of this year not much will have changed so I don't know. Just another year of Nebraska football I see coming in terms of not much improvement. Ameer and Gregory are gone. I know this isn't the kool aid some people want to drink but I stopped drinking the kool aid a long time ago. This season almost has a Callahan type of feel for me in terms of how good I think this team will end up being. I am excited about Demornay Pierson-El and excited to see Mikale Wilbon so I guess there are a couple of things I'm excited about. I want to see more of Joshua Kalu and I'd like to see what Trai Mosley can do. Wish I could say there was more.

Thibs is a good basketball coach but they need a change imo. Also not a fan of the motion/screen and roll offense Thibs was running. The team played with absolutely zero passion last night and instead of fighting until the end they looked like a team who was ready for the season to be over with.
