Alabama fans are spoiled rotten. Look how we are after our success in the 90s, fricken 30 years ago. We still think we are elite. Bama fans just need something to complain about. Bob would be a fine choice. If we don’t get him, someone else will, and I bet he is successful there. One area this team has gotten better is special teams. They have been a bright spot this year

Palmer is a stud. No question

No speed, no pass rush, can’t tackle is not a recipe for a good defense.

He has dropped more than he has caught. He’s had a couple good plays this year, but he has dropped some big passes

Ugly as it was, big win from a program perspective. Have to walk before you can run, this team needs to learn to win close games. They did it. I’ll take it.

Anyone who said shiano should be in the running for coach, this is a good look at why not. They are just giving us the game, should be up by about 21

There’s prob no reason to really watch the rest of the season, these are the easy teams we are playing now.

I’d be interested, but that is less likely than urban, imo. No way he leaves the nfl, with a very young promising qb for a college job.

They could get the deal done now, and it would be “known” he is not under contract is my point. He could hit the recruiting trail in November and have his coaching hires in mid. It would be a huge advantage

You don’t think that if it was known tomorrow that urban was our coach next year, it would make a difference in our recruiting? I disagree.

I know they are not coming midsession, but we could know they are coming next year. That would be a huge difference in recruiting

I understand that, but we have another whole lost season, and there are only so many years in a life.
