sorry that Bo doesnt coddle his players every second of the game. Like every player said, he only yells at you if you deserve it. Bo already said that he wasnt yelling at Taylor for the "using the phone" rumor. And Bo said that Cotton was very upset and Bo would rather yell at Cotton and have him be mad at coach than have a personal vendetta out on the field. You guys expect every coach to act like the gym teacher who gives medals to everyone just for trying. That isnt Bo. Hes an old school coach who is very fiery and passionate about the program. Id rather have a coach that may get too animated at times fighting for his team rather than a coach who shows no emotion and paces around the sideline like he doesnt care coughcough* callahan

This one was started by a text message received by an "insider" on a different board. People are reading a bit too much into Bo's demeanor. He's pissed at the media, partially because they leaked injury info before players parents were notified, and partially for asking the same question 10 times in a row, trying to get a different answer. The thing that stuck out to me about the interview was that the first question that was asked was, "Were all the QBs at practice yesterday?" Bo said, "Yeah." "Was Taylor Martinez at practice yesterday?" "No, but I knew where he was." "Is there a problem?" "THERE IS NO PROBLEM!" I'm guessing this amounts to a whole gargantuan mound of nothing, but I think the way whatever the situation––serious or not––was handled in that interview left the door wide open for speculation. Anyway, hope Taylor is a Husker for the next four years, and I really hope he's worked onto the field in a meaningful capacity this fall. If that's how Bo answered, no wonder the media kept prodding him with the same question. Shoot, I would've done it too b/c seems like Bo's sending mixed messages....maybe... My friends dad is the team psychologist and he said that Bo demoted him to 2nd string qb for practice because he was texting during a team meeting. T-Mart got mad cuz it was his day to lead the practice squad and left.

Hehe i worked one of my friends shifts at work last week and hes gonna go usher for me now. Wow you guys are genious. Its a win win. I get to go to the game and my mom will unknowlingly get compliments on how good of an usher my friend is. he went to the rehearsal tonight and said it was simple.

someone who is obviously oblivious to the world. my moms not even going. shes going to Chicago to shop with friends so i will literally know nobody there. I hope the bride knows she is going to have one pissed off usher hook up with a bridesmaid and have some fun in honor of the Huskers. thats normally a good idea but judging how a random kid has to be the usher im gonna go out on a limb and say she doesnt have many friends

so i bought 10 tickets to the spring game and i invited frinds to spend the day in Lincoln and go the gae. then my mom tells me i have to be an usher at a wedding the same day. the lady getting married is a secretary at my moms work whom ive never met. my mom barely talks to her but she voluteered me first then asked me. now i am forced to miss the game and i bought all the tickets. so unfair!!! our family also has season tickets and i have gone to every game for 10 years so im kinda a hardcore fan

good coaching can overcome a lot of things. if he can be prodded into giving the effort, the technique will come. see phil dillard for the effect good coaching can have on a kid's motivation to improve. I just have a hard time seeing that after 8 years of playing football and basketball with him that he suddenly developes a good work ethic. He has the same attitude that niles paul does. He doesnt think that he needs to get better he already believes hes good enough

Walk-ons are zero risk high reward. Why not give him a shot at NU if he chooses to walk on? I have no problem with him walking on at nebraska im just saying i do not think he has what it takes. if he does try and makes it then thats great for him

ok i go millard north and have known ben for a long time and went to every football game. He does have okay hands but he cannot run routes and is known for taking many plays off. especially ones where he is not running a route and blocking. he would not be a good fit at nebraska at all
