Damn good job by this staff. Would have like to pick up at DT and another OT, but we have good depth at the RS Fresh - Soph level at each position which shouldn't make either a major concern if addressed in the 2019 class.

The only way it would be a violation is if he hasn't signed - so he'd have nothing to get out of. Not sure what level of violation it would be but could result in suspension of the violator (Urban) for a period of recruiting and/or loss of ability to contact the recruit - among other possibilities.

Man, I really hope JJB hasn't sent it in and Urban committed a recruiting violation just to see the drama unfold...

Big 12 is not that far off from Big 10 when # of teams are considered: 29/9(teams)= 3.2 per team 50/14(teams)= 3.5 per team

Re-watch the games. Bryant was by far our best back and it wasn't even close.

Based on the facts as reported in the OWH, some responsibility has to be put on the players in this situation. Yes, the staff could have done a better job at transitioning the players into the high intensity work-outs (even though they did back off initial plans). However, if you are a college athlete and can't get through a 35 minute workout you are not in shape and did not use the month in advance to adequately prepare yourself for off-season workouts. Perhaps the NCAA should look at allowing more oversight/involvement of training staffs by non-bowl bound teams during December relating to strength and conditioning programs.

I tend to agree with you, Miles has tried making Gill this teams 3 point threat but he just doesn't seem to have it every night. Gill has had a couple good nights from behind the arc sprinkled in but is far too inconsistent. He must show something in practice because it appears he has the green light.

Love the fight in these guys. A little sporadic and inconsistent from the 3. If we had a consistent 3 point shooter this team this team would be lights out.

I tend to agree with you that Wilson will overtake Tanner this year. I also expect to see more substitutions/rotations on the line as well with Tanner seeing a few series at guard and Conrad moving back out to tackle and seeing a few series a game as well.

Haven't heard a lot about him in this recruiting cycle... anyone heard whether we are a serious contender?? A little confusing since it would appear so if we are in the top 3 and if he's already decided on Louisville there are much nicer places to use a free trip to visit in January...

Yeah, not sure we wanted Taz on campus the same time as Washington anyway. Taz seems like a kid that will contribute at the college but never a star. Hopefully we land Washington.

Not overly concerning. It does seem we have a few guys that can go CB or S... some thought that CJ Smith may also be a corner prospect.
