  1. Bacon Cheeseburger: Put hamburger in a large mixing bowl. Add chopped onions sliced mushrooms-(opt.) and add 1 Pkg. Amazing Taste For Hamburgers; mix well. ***If you are making a lot of cheeseburgers, use more Amazing Taste For Hamburgers. Form hamburgers into patties; grill. If you are making cheeseburgers: A few minutes before hamburgers are done; add a slice of American Cheese, Swiss Cheese, or cheese of your choice on top; keep grilling till cheese is melted. While cheese is melting, I toast hamburger buns on my Presto pancake griddle-it is up to you to do that or not. Building Your Burger: Start with the bottom bun on a plate: Place 1 Tsp. mustard & 1 Tsp. ketchup on the bottom bun. Add 3 burger pickles & as much diced chopped white onion as you like. Place cooked hamburger or cheeseburger patty on top. Add 2 slices of cooked bacon. Add 1 slice of tomato. Place some torn lettuce on the tomato. Take the top bun & put about 1 T. mayonnaise on it and top your burger.

  10. We watched these movies last night and we liked both of them. They have been out for awhile though, so you all may have seen them. Gran Torino: Clint Eastwood stars in it. Disgruntled Korean War vet Walt Kowalski sets out to reform his neighbor, a young Hmong teenager, who tried to steal Kowalski's prized possession: his 1972 Gran Torino. Taken: When his teenage daughter is kidnapped in Paris, a former spy sets out to find her at any cost. Relying on his special skills, he tracks down the gang that abducted her and launches a one-man war to bring them to justice and rescue his daughter.
  11. Congratulations To Both Of You:) May you both always be happy:)
  12. Taco Won-Tons: Amount Varies: Taco Seasoning Mix Ground Beef Won-Ton Wrappers 1 Egg-(Use More If You Need To) Shredded Mexican Cheese/Cheddar Cheese Salsa Sour Cream Guacamole ****On amounts..use what you prefer...I eyeball alot. Cook ground meat until done, add Taco Seasoning Mix. Prepare an egg wash by combining 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of water in a small dish and whisk together well. In a large pot heat oil to 350 degrees. You can use a smaller pot and save on oil as well. I sometimes don’t even bother with a deep fryer, I grab a 3 or 4 quart pot, add oil, fry in a normal everyday pot. To assemble the Won-Tons- take 1 Won-Ton Wrapper, about 2 teaspoons of ground meat and place into the Won-Ton, fold the Won-Ton Wrapper over, brush the edges of the wonton with the egg wash, and fold over the wonton. Deep fry until golden and they float. The best judge for Deep-Fat Frying is the color and the fact that it is floating in the oil. Serve up your Taco Won-Tons with condiments that you enjoy & with your favorite Dipping Sauce.
