Yup, I must have missed those posts.
He definitely still has a lot to learn. He seems to only learn by making mistakes on the field, during games, which is more infuriating as a fan, but he has shown he can learn from those mistakes and improve. He'll almost surely have a weakness exposed again in a future game - hopefully fans aren't so quick to lose patience then. He's got two more years... could be pretty special.

I don't know whether he would have seen Green or not. Tim Beck said that on the play where Martinez slipped trying to throw to Ben Cotton, he had Kenny Bell wide open for a big play. Of course has Martinez still has room to improve, but it struck me as if you were continuing to criticize his play without acknowledging the pretty dramatic improvement he made in that area this week.
