  1. Fianlists with stats are the following Dan Bailey Okie Lite 60-61 PATS, 22-26 FGs( 2 of 3 from 50, long of 52), he is the NCAA points leader Dan Hrapmann, Southern Miss 46-46 PATs, 23-26 FGs(2 of 3 from beyond 50) David Ruffer, Notre Dame 32-34 PATs, 15-15 FGs a long of 50 Alex Henery is 45-45 PATS, 15-16 FGs(1 of 2 from beyond 50 a 52 yarder) and again is the most accurate kicker in NCAA history Oh yeah he is one hell of a punter as well.
  2. Sorry if this has been posted already, but I didn't see a thread BUT Alex Henery, the most accurate place kicker in NCAA HISTORY, is not a finalist for the Lou Groza Award. Never once was he. Here is your WTF moment of the year. Oh and the kid at Okie Lite is a finalist. Discuss edited for the sake of GBRsal
  3. My biggest glaring issue was NU's offensive line straight got it's ass whooped the majority of the game. Constantly there were two or three Aggies in the backfield, and they also destroyed the pocket of passing plays when they only brought three or four. Inability to pick up and designate blitzes(part of this goes on the QB), stupid penalties, and missed blocks continue to plague this unit. A key example, the play where Taylor gets hurt. Caputo is just blown up off the snap and put on his backside three yards deep in the back field right onto Taylor.(Sidenote the Aggie that did this was Eddie Brown, former Husker commit, how nice would it have been to have him bringing depth to the interior DLine) Many of Rex and Roy's better runs on the night involved them making an Aggie miss at or near the line. Maybe a lot of this has to fo with teams being able to easily prep for the three or four running plays Wats calls every week, but some has to do with the OLine still not being as good as we were all led to believe they were.
  4. Well after a night of fuming about the officiating and sleeping the alcohol off, I watched this thing again as most of you did or attempted to as well. My biggest glaring issue was NU's offensive line straight got it's ass whooped the majority of the game. 5. he tried to bail on the thing real quick ehn the media were trying to pry something out of Bo about the officiating. His best was at the end of the presser, and someone asked another question about the officiating and Bo just makes some noise and then says "I'm Out". It was epically awesome.
  6. I guess the best thing tonight for Ben is he discovered his prostate is healthy and clean. What to soon for a joke to try to lighten up the mood?
  7. I will honestly start a pot of cash with $1000 of my own income towards a fine towards Bo on his rant on the officiating tonight. I am just going nuts wanting him to explode and spea khis mind. All this anger cannot be good for his health. I seriously want to see him just let it out in a presser. I know he is thinking everything that we are saying as fans, I just want to help him get it all out. I am thinking it would be EPIC and am pretty sure that I would buy a copy of a CD or purchase the video of his "blowing off of steam".
  8. The two on Martin I would like to see but he always seems to begood for one a game, and he made up for a penalty free game last week tonight. OK that was a weak ass joke but suprisingly true. The officiatingnfor for this game was bad. As a former college football player, you always knew not to look at the refs in a resulted outcome, but this one was to bad to ignore. Exhibit A. The drive that starts the field goal to make it 6-3. Deep in their own field, Cam is held in the endzone. That by rule is a safety. He beat his tackle and it is blatent that the 34 over Cam's right shoulder all of a sudden the number on the front of the jersey. Exhibit B. The interception against Cody. With the field judge "looking" right at the defenders feet he calls a pick when it is obvious that one foot comes down on the line. It also should have been the foot the official should have been focusing on. The call on the field saved A&M's ass on that one. Exhibit C. Throwing a flag for a penalty and then deciding there was no foul on the play. This PI call that never was just proves how chicken $h!t the clowns in the Big xxiii are. And finally Exibit D. The worst call I have ever seen. The roughing the passer call on Courtney. You hit a player while in the motion of making a play and it is what you are TAUGHT to do. This is the worse call have ever seen. Worse than the Penn State TD. WHY? In college BBall the official almost go out of their way to let the PLAYERS DECIDE THE OUTCOME OF THE GAME!! This is an example of why BBall refs try not to be well known. Again, I have stated in the past that NU cannot put itself in the position to let these ass jockeys decide a game, but tonight proved thereal driving force for Dan Beebe, and that is squeezing every bit of money out of Nebraska he can, because the big cash cow from the North just ave him the finger, and are moving on to finer pastures. Sorry
  9. Conspiracy?!? I am really starting to believe this stuff and I hate the fact that I am.
  10. Add the hold on Cam in the endzone to start this drive. That was in the open field and was a terrible no call. It should be 5-3 us after that BS no call.
  11. Add the Cam being held in the endzone to begin this last drive that gave AssToMouth the lead. That one was bad and we should be up 5-3
  12. No one will ever surpass Oregon and all the vomit pile color combinations that they have and use. The closest though, might have been Boise last night. Not because of the all orange, but the clash with the smurfturf.
  13. Just a little music dedicated to the on what they are going to do to the Aggies tonight!!!
  14. No prob Nexus. I think he burned his redshirt today.
  15. But what if the Hurricane's name was Ditka?
  16. that is still wrong its strife Wow, that is epic mistype failure there. I don't even know how I got a p there it's not even close to the f or d. My bad I'll take my timeout in the corner like a man. To the word in question, shabizzle is correct. The word in the exerpt of the prayer strife, but I have no idea if the team may have changed it to stride(probably because they had no idea what the meaning of strife was). The posted prayer in the Husker traditions says stride, but originally it was/is strife.
  17. He didn't start, but I am sure he will continue to play in the game. He is a much better QB to run their system than the 6'6" 240 lb behemoth QB that started the game
  18. Yes, you did............... And wasn't the last time NU and A&M met was at College Station when Zac Taylor threw the winning pass to MoPo? No, we played them at Memorial Stadium in 2007 at lost, 36-14. crap...i forgot about that game... Don't worry most of us have to. I have no recollection of the fall of 2007
  19. So he and Lou Holtz were being asked questions on GameDay. Question arises, which one loss team is more likely to lose Wisconsin or Ohio St? Mark May's answer neither, it'll be NEBRASKA(not even an option). His theory that I kind of caught as I was beginning to ignore his stupidity was something along the lines of A&M's passing game is high powered. With Tannehill at QB the offense is on a roll and will be hard to stop. Any good vibe I had about tonight(a double digit win predicted) just were increased because the moron likes the Aggies
  20. Bo was just on with Erin Andrews(hotness to start the day never bad) and she flat out asked him about Martinez's ankle is 90%. In Bo speak that means either he is actually around 75-80% or 100% and wants any Aggie that may be watching that TMart is not. There is also a lot of Huskers signs popping up around the set, awesome to see. Skerschicago what were you doing today?
  21. Jamal Turner also received an invite to the O-D game before Under Armour extended their invite to him. So is he gonna be playing in both? No, pretty sure he is going to play in the more prestigeous game, the Under Armour game. I think there may actually be a rule when it comes to participating in these larger All Star games. Don't quote me on that, but I think there is. Also the time constraints with games would make it nearly impossible, as athletes are at each game for up to a week prior to the game.
  22. I smell a formal protest from the losing team after this one. Seriously should this game even actually count in Big Ten records. It is being played in "unnatural" circumstances. This could actually also go down as the longest four quarter game in the history because of the changes in the field. But still I laugh. Good to see the Cubs themselves aren't the only clowns that can bumble and drop a game in Wrigley.
