Pelini started the distractions with the blackshirts and made it “a carrot” for them to reach for. If they played bad, he took them away and at times we had 17-18 players getting black shirts depending upon the coaching staff. It’s completely been overblown and is a distraction. Completely agree with HCMJ!

Busch simplified things to where the players could just focus on lining up and beating their man. Ty Robinson showed his potential. Like Reimer played his a$$ off. NEXT MAN UP. The players know that if you don’t pull your weight, there IS going to be a substitution. Palmer is a stud.

When Chinander is the 2nd highest paid employee in the state, there needs to be some accountability. If Mickey is going to hold players to the high level of accountability, the same goes for coaches. Message sent to any starters not doing their job!
