Sadly, part of the reason I avoid the football forum in particular, and some other areas of the board after a loss. Really frustrating and disheartening to see.

Aye, HS. My understanding is that Idaho has already gotten permission to pursue, and been accepted, back in the Big Sky for all sports but football. If they decide to drop down in football, if they can't find a FBS conference, then they'll go Big Sky in FCS football as well.

I like the roundabout at 14th and Superior. Thought the traffic flowed much smoother than it ever did with the stoplight. Course, it has only been a couple of days, but still... I think it'll still have some kinks for the first six months or so, but once people are used to it, it'll be fine.

It'll be tough, for about the first six months to a year... then it'll be old hat to most people who use it fairly regularly. Already getting used to it.

Opening ceremonies on Friday, but just like the closing ceremonies, always seems like one or two sports start early/end after closing ceremonies, because of the number of games needed to get the competition done.

It'll get better when everything is open, and people get adjusted to it... give it a year, and people will be flowing through there without many issues.

They've got one lane done and opened yesterday. Supposedly, they will have the whole shebang done in late August. Just in time for the start of Husker football.

For some reason, when I try the parody, it won't play for me. I'll try again when I get home this afternoon. I agree, zoogs, I thought the original was fun. Silly, absolutely, but fun nonetheless. It's no more goofy than the "Call Me, Maybe" B1G video circulating. I think way too many people get their nose bent out of shape WAY too easily regarding these things.
