  1. I think the property tax rate in College Station is very comparable to Lincoln with both being ~2%. Trev will really benefit from no state income tax, it matters more for higher earners. I know from first hand, I was better off in Houston vs. Omaha from a tax perspective. I would immediately gain $15-20K a year just by moving. Also, salaries in Nebraska are trash.
  2. The throw was where it needed to be and Kemp was in the right spot. The only thing that blew the play was Coleman. He was supposed to be inside, thereby vacating the outside, but he didn’t get his a$$ to where he needed to be, this his defender happened to be in the throwing lane and got an easy pick. Purdy throws that ball assuming the receivers do their jobs. Kemp did his, Coleman did not.
  3. Lol, that’s the damn truth! Great comment
  4. Guys, I was eating at Block 16 last night, late 90s jams playing and girls wearing those horrible relaxed fit Jill Taylor mom jeans…all signs pointing to a 90s renaissance!! GBR!
  5. Between those Michigan dandies with the banana and Whipple getting knocked down, this is a helluva game!
  6. Good thing about all these punts, getting a lot of looks at this lady ref. Not too shabby for a Jersey gal!
  7. Oooo Mike Gundy Gundy is intriguing, he's done a solid job at OSU with the talent they have. I recall reading some article that he was interested years ago in coming here.
  8. We have good receivers via the portal, Martin and Liewer should be getting them water, not causing turnovers and half assing on the run back. LB play was slow and weak, sitting back and reacting late as plays develop instead of being aggressive.
  9. Call Mike Gundy, the mullet gets the max out of his talent. Serious, do it.
  10. That’s comedic but only because it’s a representation of how weak and sensitive our society is. I assume dumb dumb football player isn’t paying attention because he’s texting on his iPad. Coach doesn’t like it so he reads aloud what’s on the iPad, but it contains a word that people of only a certain skin tone can say as nauseam. Player(s) get “offended”, therefore coach must go. Some animals are more equal than others.
  11. Haha yep, a very pretty high school GF of mine went there for a quick year. She transferred back to Kansas.
  12. IF he lights it up in Manhattan, I don’t if I’ll be laughing or crying. While the Cats aren’t anywhere near a top tier team, they’re usually consistent and make the most out of their roster. I think AM will put up decent numbers but will have reduced turnovers simply because he won’t be asked to make game saving plays.
  13. Is that ex-RB coach Ryan Held giving the number one finger?!?!
  14. If Rattler goes to the portal, eff it, get him. I know it’s not game related, but I don’t care.
  15. F*ck it, bring in McKenzie Milton. If we want a competent QB and want to win more than two games next year, he’s the best option. Wins don’t care about hurt feelings.
  16. I hear you, it’s just completely unrealistic. On every play, players are lowering their heads. It’s a natural reaction when getting hit and when hitting someone.
  17. No way that’s targeting when looking at the context. QB begins to lower his head in anticipation of getting tackled by the LB who is incoming. Cam can’t instantly adjust his helmet level to account for this. F*cking simp announcers and refs.
  18. Nah, more Kade Warner and walk on WRs please! But but but...they know the playbook and can block better! /sarc
  19. These are beta plays from a coach who shows little fire or want to. SF shows no emotion, just mope a dope on the sideline. Weeeeeak.
  20. Damn straight, stuck on playing guys who know the playbook better vs. playing talented but less knowledgeable guys. This is definitely Pelini-like, e.g. Sean Fisher playing ahead of Lavonte David, until he got hurt and then David became a star.
