  1. That game bummed me out too. At least Denver got Super Bowl 50.
  2. Yep that's right. Couldn't remember
  3. I remember that play in 2008. Gabe Lynn, a 4 star db whose brother played for nu, chose OU because he was on his visit to OU during that game and their coach told him to watch that play because it was going to he a pick six
  4. It is your decision and money and people shouldn't fault you. Team has been garbage and been hard to root for. I've spent thousands of dollars on this team and it's hard to keep wanting to keep spending that money. Hopefully someone takes your seats. I don't know if people are going to want to keep watching losing.
  5. He looked injured anyways. Didn't play with the same speed he normally has.
  6. Agree 100% how the hell can the center be so bad at snapping. I hold my breath every time the ball is snapped. Make him snap it over and over in practice until he gets it right. With that beintlg said, he did do alright on the last drive
  7. I was thinking the same thing. Refs weren't great on both sides.
  8. Alex Gordon just homered in the top of the 10th to give the Royals the lead

  9. Have you not watched espn at all today? LeBron himself hasn't been on tv at all today yet he is all that has been talked about. Its not really his fault. And before u begin to bring up the first "decision," the only reason he did it is because all the money earned from it would go to charity. If you are famous, are you going to deny a chance to give to charity in public? I dont think he himself is an attention whore, but it is the fascination the country has with him. There were literally cameras outside his Miami home taking pictures of a moving truck moving his cars yesterday before this happened. Did he invite the cameras to do that?
  10. Right, that makes sense to look at one game to determine how well the offense played for all of last season. Compare both seasons in final NCAA rankings. Passing yards per game: ASU 32nd, NU 58th. Rushing yards per game: NU 19th, ASU 40th. Points per game: ASU 10th, NU 48th. I can see how those stats could appeal to a WR. I might be drunk Damn phone, try to post something once and it goes 3 times Nebraska did lose its 3 year starting, record setting qbs for most of the year though Nebraska did lose its 3 year starting, record setting qb for most To be fair, Nebraska did lose its 3 year senior starting qb

  13. I chose the ending to have them all live. What happens when you choose to kill one of them?
  14. I think he's the only the highest paid offensive coordinator in the big 10. I think the defensive coordinator for Michigan makes close to a million a year
  15. but we respect northwestern? True, I don't see northwestern fans throwing piss or slashing tires like Colorado, but I see them as more of a secondary rivalry like Colorado and Wisconsin as more of a main rivalry like Oklahoma when we played them every year. Mainly because they have kicked our a$$ the past two years. I see the only way through our division next year is through Wisconsin. If a team kicks ur a$$ enough times, its going to feel like the most important game of the year every year.
  16. I think Northwestern could be more like Colorado and Wisconsin could be more like Oklahoma when it comes to our rivalries.
  17. While northwestern could be a good rivalry with us, I think our main rival in the future will be Wisconson. The way our games with them have gone the past couple years, there is no other team I would rather beat next year and I think a lot of nebraska fans feel the same way
  18. Why doesn't Nebraska just run the jet sweep? Worst case scenario the opposing team stops it, then we see how someone actually stops it.
  19. How long into the game does Trevor get introduced? I'm to the bank heist and only have Michael and Franklin Trevor is introduced after the jewelry store heist. It's because of the heist that he finds out that Michael is actually alive
  20. He is earning himself a spot int the nfl. With his size and how he is already playing this season, he should definitely get drafted. You should be pretty excited for your little bro. He has a great future ahead of him.
  21. Quincy Russell chose Oklahoma over NU last year. Not sure how much the staff wanted him though. Seeing that he was a juco DT, I bet they wanted him pretty bad
  22. Dudeguyy: I agree with you 100% about liking pelini as the face of the program. It's not like he's pulling a Tuberville and ripping a headset off of an assistant. Football is an emotional game and sometimes people let their emotions get the best of them. Having Pelini really makes me happy we don't have someone like Kiffin (there's no way Kiffin or Barkley didn't know about the deflated balls). I think Taylor was a huge get and really hope we close out the class with sandland, willis/hunt, Russell/hooks/Johnson/Bradley. I'd definitely still take Dixon, I can understand why he decommitted and would definitely take him back. You dont turn down louisiana talent like that. I really like knevels size at ot and definitely want cochran, even though it looks like he likes Oklahoma. also would like any of the washington commits, stringfellow or qualls, though i dont know how much they are into nu.
  23. And I'm not Trashing the board, I love the board. I come to this site almost every day, but some of the things people post really make me think
  24. Dudeguyy: been reading the board for years but don't post unless im bothered by something or a little drunk Haha. Didn't mean to direct my rant just at you. I was just venting a frustration about the fan base as a whole. I think pelini is the best coach that we could have for our team and don't see neb doing any better. I also think that a coach with a little fire isn't a bad thing, many coaches around the country are like that but seems like pelini gets some bad press. Not really the point of the rant. I live in lincoln and while i love it, I know that a 17 year old kid from Arizona/California/or wherever may not see the same things that I do in Lincoln. I know that Nebraska has some distinct disadvantages when it come to recruiting. If we don't get a certain recruit, i don't necessarily think it is from a lack of effort on the staffs part, but that distance may be a factor or they just want to go to a college with a beach and hot girls(not saying that neb doesn't have hot girls but its not Arizona state). I've been a neb fan my whole life and even though I only have 9 posts on this board doesnt mean that my opinion is wrong. Thanks for welcoming me to the board! I look forward to some good discussions/arguments in the future.
