  1. LINK It's just too bad we had to go and slap a lame, unimaginative trophy on it. I feel like the Riley/Chryst factor really adds a lot to this series. A student/teacher dynamic. Blowouts from the Pelini era aside, how do you all feel about the Wisconsin series going forward?
  2. Surprised to see K-State, Michigan, and Washington in there...I also don't think Missouri has much of a shot either. I thought we have a better shot than these 4, and maybe better than some others too. http://espn.go.com/college-football/story/_/id/10975753/college-football-previewing-top-25-teams-most-likely-make-playoff
  3. I know this isn't Husker related but since the discussion lately is whether or not the current Bama dominance is equal to or better than the Huskers dominance in the 90s, but apparently ESPN is wanting to know as well http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/polls?pCat=46&sCat=3489
  4. Let me get this straight...we're playing the team that was :15 away from the NC game, without our best Defensive Lineman, with 'officiating' from our former Whorn-controlled conference, and now we get word that we're getting a former Georgia Bulldog in the booth to whore out the over-exposed SEC on ESPN *justalittlebitmore*. Am I the only one that keeps thinking that sees all of these intangibles stacked against us and chuckles, like the way this season ended has become one big karmic joke? Or are things still too raw for people to laugh about this just yet?

  6. After improper voting and ballot-stuffing, ESPN has revealed they will restart their ESPN College gameday vote. The winning school will get to film a commercial at their school. Voting is limited to once per day (hopefully for real this time) and will start May 1. Share this page with everyone, starting May1, as im sure me and all other UNL students would LOVE to have the commercial filmed at our school...and we know how good we are at online polls Gamedayvote.com GBR!!!!

  11. I've looked online, and it appears we're not the only evening game on tap for ABC: Miami (FL) at Virginia Tech, 8pm (EST) Ohio St. at Nebraska, 8pm (EST) Additionally, the cable channels are loaded up at the same time as well: ESPN Vanderbilt at Alabama, 7:45pm (EST) ESPN2 Auburn at Arkansas, 7pm (EST) ESPNU Georgia at Tennessee, 7pm (EST) Soooo...since there's not a reverse mirror, does this mean that some folks (read: ACC country and the south) will be shafted out of the Nebraska/tOSU game this Saturday, or have we heard that there will be a backup/reverse mirror elsewhere for out-of-footprint folks for the evening game? Nevermind, apparently I was looking at an old media guide? ESPN now has the Miami/VTech tilt at 3:30 EST, so we're supposedly the lone Saturday night game. Mods, please feel free to mock accordingly.
