Minnesota's baseball coach John Anderson is at it again, but this time, he's making (some) sense: By now we all know about the B1G-only limitations on scholarships and over-signing and the supposed philosophies that surround these ideas. But he also goes one step further, and advocates that we should not only apply the same over-signing rules to all schools, but increase the number of scholarships available per team (something other coaches have asked for as well).
