  1. Hi, I bought a ticket to the UCLA vs. Nebraska football game on September 8th at the Rose Bowl. Unfortunately, I can no longer attend. The seat is located in Section 23, Row 61, near the aisle. I paid about $80 for it thru Ticketmaster. I need to sell the ticket and am just asking what I paid for it. I was really looking forward to this game as I am actually a Bruin but recently became friends with some Nebraska transplants, mostly from the Lincoln area but also Kimball. They're a fun bunch and would be sitting in the surrounding area. The adjacent seats are still available on Ticketmaster so if there were others in your party they could purchase those directly. If anyone here still without a ticket could consider buying mine I would greatly appreciate it. You can e-mail me at xuclarockerx@gmail.com or text me at 714-350-7234. FYI I found this site while looking for onsale date for the game. Thank you much.
  2. Just a FYI to folks looking for an easy away game ticket in 2012--Northwestern is selling season tickets from $99 to $262/ticket. Reason you may want to jump on this now, as opposed to say, in a month or three, is that Northwestern has designated their Nebraska game as "Family Night" in an attempt to get family and alum in the area into the stadium to try and keep us out. Was able to pull two tickets for Row 77 in section 130. Not ideal, but once you sell the tickets for the other games, it shouldn't be *nearly* as expensive as $262/ticket when all is said and done, especially if you nab decent seats. And this won't be a bad outing, if, for no other reason, you can see experience Chicago before and after the game. Northwestern Ticket Office Link And yes, this is no Columbus, OH--but then again, that ticket is likely to be in the stratosphere. This option is for the more budget-minded fans that also like to get some tourism in on their football outings.

  5. I have reservations for one room for two nights (check in Nov 18 check out Nov 20, two double beds-non smoking) at the Ann Arbor Holiday Inn Express for the Nebraska vs. Michigan game. The hotel is located just 2 miles south of the University of Michigan!! Now we can't go and we're past the cancellation date to get a refund. Would like to transfer our reservation to someone else so we can get our deposit back. Contact me by email or text (see below) and I will give you our confirmation number. Then you call the hotel, give them my name & the confirmation number, and tell them that you are taking our reservation. You then make the reservation with your credit card. This is all ok with Holiday Inn Express--they were the ones that walked me through it. The cost of the rooms is $229.00 per night (plus taxes) and that is the rate you will pay. The reservation manager told me that they were recently charging $259.00 a night until they sold out. Please email or text me at 402.575.zero-six-seven-five. Thanks, Dave.
