This is so frustrating with a team that could legit be 9-2 or 10-1 right now and ranked. Half the games with half their offense and still could have won most games with anyone with a brain calling the offense. Keeping bad coordinators, that are friends, have cost many their job. Satterfield isn’t turning the ball over. People act like we’re a good running team. We’re an average run team that can’t pass. That’s why we haven’t been scoring points. We aren’t Michigan where we can just lean on the o-line. The only teams that pass less than us are the military academies and people act like we’re giving up on the run. 3 2 Quote Link to comment

This is an absolute clown take. What about the defense literally bailing out the offense all year after they’ve lead the entire FBS in fumbles. More turnovers than TDs entering tonight. You can’t be serious with this. 2 7 Quote Link to comment

I know people think that Chadwell's O at Coastal and Liberty is gimmicky, but they flat out win....Willy Korn and Kaidon Salter with a little package deal with salary and NIL.... TBH, I followed Beck after he left NU. Dude has become a solid OC. 7-4 his first year at Coastal. Quote Link to comment

You can't honestly look at the O and see the same improvement as the D or think that they are "close" in ability and performance. Of course not. But you can't honestly look at the defense and think they've suffered the same attrition since the start of the season as the offense, either. Eight of the 11 starters on offense in the first game are gone. The defense hasn't had remotely the same attrition. There's zero chance we're performing as well on defense with the same losses. And then we'd have "Fire Tony White" threads by the message board geniuses. 3 Quote Link to comment

Stumpy1
Competent OCs don't throw the ball on 2nd and 8 when up 14-0 and you are getting 4-5 yards a carry. 1 1 5 Quote Link to comment

Even the mesh points with Purdy in the gun seemed to take a long time to get to. But the 4th and 1 was on Bonner. Went completely the wrong way and left the OLB unblocked. Scott getting buried three yards in the backfield was probably a little more problematic on that play Quote Link to comment

LumberJackSker
I get Satterfield doesn't have a whole lot to work with but if you are the play caller for the offense that leads the nation in turnovers then you probably suck at your job. it might be different if we could point to a previous stop where he had an elite offense but he has never been very good. do you really trust him to pick another transfer qb in the offseason after this years s#!t show? he wont be fired so we're all just venting but Satterfield is going to put rhule at least 2 years behind schedule and thats assuming white stays and the defense continues to carry this team. Will take a lot for me to change on that. So I am admittedly biased. 1 1 Quote Link to comment
