Good episode. Music was a little strange for me at the end, but I think the heaviness of the season was portrayed well.

Butler making recommendations to Dvorcek about the depth of the LB's after the 1st drive is very interesting.  Wish there was more context to this & perhaps it falls under his purview as pass game coordinator.

Honestly don't get the disdain for the trophies. Don't really care where they come from or what they look like if there is a trophy to be won it should be sitting in Lincoln.

The point is the bold.  There shouldn't be a trophy for these games if it wasn't for forced corporate BS. I was excited to join the B1G to get involved in the organic fun trophy situation but the only one we've naturally developed is being ignored for this other crap.  That's why the disdain, I don't enjoy being fed sh!+ for breakfast.

I really don't care at all. That trophy has sat at Wisconsin for 10 years straight. I'd like if we keep it in Lincoln for the next 10. The trophy exists, it signifies that we beat Wisconsin this year and yea who gives a crap if it was manufactured all that matters is we beat Wisconisn in my opinion. Them and the stupid squawkeyes have beaten us way too many times since we've been in this league. Maybe we should stop treating the trophies like they are beneath us and just try and win them.

Same. I love The Chair. It's a bit of nonsensical fun that fans came up with. Same with The Battle for NU. Both organically grew out of the game.

 

These corporate trophies are just more advertisements. Couldn't care less about them.
