My understanding as of today is that Satterfield's house has already been sold and his family hasn't lived in town for months.. is this this new or am i just late to this party..?? 1 Quote Link to comment

It’s a fair question, I think we’ve found something similar with Butler where his resume screamed upgrade but it was weird he was available so late in the cycle. And he’s done a solid job but I’m not sure it was an upgrade like I had hoped. In this case though, this is just an analyst/helper role to get some fresh eyes on our mistakes and maybe help get Raiola seeing the offense again. While it does sound like he will get an expanded role while here, If it doesn’t end up being a fit, we aren’t exactly tied to Dana. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Too bad they didn't get this done when they were originally talking with him before the season. 1 2 Quote Link to comment

According to Zillow his house sold on May 31, 2024. What that says/means is less than clear. 2 Quote Link to comment
teachercd
The thing with Dana is that he has balls. He calls plays like he is not scared. I had to call offense for a few years and I hated it. I had zero balls. It wasn't for me. I sucked at it. 1 3 Quote Link to comment

Crusader Husker
So you guys know. I have had a major change happen in my life this year. This is the first time I have told anyone publically. I have changed from Run the Damn Ball person, to Move the Damn Ball person. This feels really good to get this off my chest. You may now MOVE on with your life. 1 3 3 1 Quote Link to comment

He coached Welker and Crabtree at Tech. He's also had Tavon Austin, Stedman Bailey, and Tank Dell while a HC. A little better resume than Doogie Quote Link to comment

His daughter is a Senior at Hammond High School in Columbia, SC. Her mom is renting a house in Elgin, SC. My guess is that they may have spent some of the summer here, but they obviously did not want to disrupt Harper's Senior Year (similar to Matt Rhule's choice for his son LAST year). Yeah, what I heard was that his daughter was having trouble making friends in NE, so her & mom went back to SC for her senior year. Quote Link to comment
Undone
Holgorsen is a spread offense guy. Funny how this theme keeps coming up this year. Quote Matt Rhule on November 28, 2022 said: "We are not going to be like new spread teams. We are going to be a little bit like an old school type of a team." Guess that didn't last long. 1 Quote Link to comment
