Yeah, why would Nebraska fans want to go spend thousands of dollars on round trip airfare, expensive hotels and tickets just to watch a mediocre game that will probably be played in the cold and snow? You're right: I can't think of any logical reasons either. :laughpound

why do we sell out games when we are 4-6 in november? because of the fan support?

The bowl is what we deserve (well we really don’t) but this was about as close to a failure of a season as it gets without being a failure. Come on, are you really actually at all excited about Nebraska playing in the Pinstripe Bowl? Whatever, the bowl practices are nice I guess.

Only Nebraska fans would be pissed that the team cannot make a bowl for years and b!^@h and complain nonstop about it; and then turn right around and b!^@h and complain about the bowl game once the team finally makes it to one.

 

we are truly the best fans in all of college football 🙄

Are you actually pleased with this season? Be honest. You like second half collapses? Losing to UCLA?

No im not pleased with the season at all.  But that has nothing to do with the bowl destination. 
 

Iowa meltdown, ucla no show, a complete no show against Indiana and a pedestrian October against a not good Purdue and Rutgers team was a letdown.

 

but I am happy I get a husker game to tune into during the holidays! If players want a warm weather bowl then perhaps they shouldn’t keep s#!tting the bed.
