Huskrz65
It's some kinda curse we have. How many times have we come close in the past (and I am talking not just the Callahan Era) and came up short? Very disappointing. Quote Link to comment
vwaldoguy
It's too bad the blackshirts didn't play like they did earlier in that last drive. We could have stopped them. It just wasn't meant to be today. It's a game, life goes on. Quote Link to comment
UNLVHusker
The first hail mary, does it hit the NU player in the helmet or is it touched? It sure looks like it smacks the NU receiver in the head. Quote Link to comment
Huskrz65
One more thing. UT did turn the ball over during their final drive, we just didn't get on the ball fast enough. Opportunities were there. Quote Link to comment
jb61264
As much as I want to blame Nunn for that fumble give credit to the UT defender. Not a lot of players could of held onto that ball the way he put his helmet right on the ball! That's the biggest load of horse manure excuse I'm almost laughing...it's his freaking job to hang on to the ball no matter what helmet comes at him...are you kidding me, you're making an excuse for that fumble??? I've heard it all now...Terrence Nunn flat out LOST that game for us...it was a perfect play call against one of the best defensive lines in the country...any other receiver holds on to the ball...sit Nunn on the bench for the rest of the year and keep Purify IN there...Nunn just flat out SUCKS! vwaldoguy
Opportunities were there. Not to mention all of the lost offensive opportunities in the entire first half. Quote Link to comment
nepolo7
Great game as we get better we will pull out more of those. can't wait for oklahoma st Quote Link to comment
crazyhusker
Thanks alot Nunn, its guys like you that keep this program down. Everyone played hard and smart except for you. Quote Link to comment
crazyhusker
Good game. I like exciting, but that is TOO MUCH. Good job to both teams, this is one that if it was played 5 times, we would each have a record of 2.5-2.5. yea remember against Texas Tech, we intercepted at the end and then we fumbled on the same play Quote Link to comment

ttheKid1*18
I think that Mo should have been in that situation. Why wouldn't you throw to him on the biggest play of the game? Still though, hold on to the ball. GBR Quote Link to comment

Washusker
Props to Octavien. He finally got to show how good he is. Quote Link to comment
ttheKid1*18
Yeah, Steve played great. He was flying all over the field. Moore and Ruud played great as well. Quote Link to comment
AgMarauder04
I wish, 1) Nunn could have just fallen, since he was past the marker 2) Callahan would have used his timeouts WISELY. That's another 2-3 plays he wasted by not using them earlier. Quote Link to comment
