**Official Texas Game Discussion Thread**

It's some kinda curse we have. How many times have we come close in the past (and I am talking not just the Callahan Era) and came up short? Very disappointing.

 
It's too bad the blackshirts didn't play like they did earlier in that last drive. We could have stopped them. It just wasn't meant to be today. :unsure: It's a game, life goes on.

 
The first hail mary, does it hit the NU player in the helmet or is it touched? It sure looks like it smacks the NU receiver in the head.

 
One more thing. UT did turn the ball over during their final drive, we just didn't get on the ball fast enough. Opportunities were there.

That's the biggest load of horse manure excuse I'm almost laughing...it's his freaking job to hang on to the ball no matter what helmet comes at him...are you kidding me, you're making an excuse for that fumble??? I've heard it all now...Terrence Nunn flat out LOST that game for us...it was a perfect play call against one of the best defensive lines in the country...any other receiver holds on to the ball...sit Nunn on the bench for the rest of the year and keep Purify IN there...Nunn just flat out SUCKS!

I think that Mo should have been in that situation. Why wouldn't you throw to him on the biggest play of the game? Still though, hold on to the ball. GBR

 
I wish,

1) Nunn could have just fallen, since he was past the marker

2) Callahan would have used his timeouts WISELY. That's another 2-3 plays he wasted by not using them earlier.
