Tommie15
bad recruiting. how many juco dt's do we need to waste scholarships on? nice to see that the 4 deep will have guys that will never see the field. how about an ol or a hs dt to build long term depth? looks good with the 25 wrs on scholly. chamrocck
I was thinking we'd go with a HS recruit, but Dixon is here so welcome to Husker Nation! I hope he plays with a chip on his shoulder and is motivated to see the field. As posts have speculated, he likely could have had the playing time at South Florida. But that's all in the past now and he chose us for a reason. Good luck to you Kevin and kick some ass! Quote Link to comment

What do you mean Bad recruiting we have no depth at DT we took 3 highschool DT this year, Roark tore his peck muscle jensen is still getting over his shoulder surgery so I am fine with them taking 2 juco def. tackles, specially since Townsend is supposed to play at DE. DaveH
He had mentioned that the NU staff would NOT talk down other programs and only wanted to talk about what NU has to offer. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
That's great to hear that our coaches are refusing to recruit that way. Maybe that will shut up some of the people who like to say we are dirty recruiters!!!! Quote Link to comment
